The staff at H2Health are all terrific! I had a second total knee replacement surgery in November in the NYC area and did my first 8 weeks of PT before coming to Florida for the winter. I felt that I needed more help with my gait and balance, and I am very happy that I chose H2Health. Christine designed a program for me that helped me improve my strength, but she also taught me how to use my muscles differently. Now I have two good knees, but my body was still responding like it had done for far too long, so I was having trouble making sense of it all. Mary Beth and Jim helped me along the way as well. They are a great team and coordinate the patient services seamlessly. They make the experience fun, but are there to help you through the days when it isn't. I highly recommend H2Health!

I attended Physical Therapy from Dec 2023 to July 2024. My hip tendons were too tight (long-distance cyclist.) The therapists at H2 worked tirelessly to undo the decades of overuse I inflicted upon my hip tendons, and saved me from a needless hip replacement. We stretched with warm ups, exercises and finally with targeted massage into the hip tendons. I never would have thought that stretching was so important to a cyclist; both before and after my 40 miles 3x/week.

All of the therapists were absolutely the best: Christine, Liz, MaryBeth and James. This is the order in which I met them. Christine has a PhD in Exercise Physiology (I think.) Her ability to diagnose and then apply her working knowledge of how the body will react is second to none. Liz's ability was in relating to me as a team member. She was part of a gymnastics team and could convey to me in the language of an athlete what I had to do. MaryBeth connected to me through her attention to detail, correcting my posture and making sure I did the exercises the right way, to avoid injury. James came up with new and different exercises and made my day more fun. Their receptionist, Donna, is a great communicator and sets up or changes appointments in a flash, dealing with the insurance companies to continue treatment for me when it became apparent that I would need a second round.

I whole-heartedly recommend H2 Health. They seem to enjoy their work. The attitude there is like The Three Musketeers,
"All for one and one for all!"
