The wait time is awful. I agree the chairs are nasty. However, the doctor was good. For that reason alone I will give two stars ⭐️ ⭐️

Dr. Is a great guy. But wait times are excessive.
If you have an appointment be ready to wait over 2 hours.
Might be time for him to Consider only to accept a curtain number patients a day and not waste people’s time.

Atrocious service that will have you waiting in the lobby 2 hours past your appointment. When I brought this up to the doctor, he simply stated he doesn't know how the system works and proceeded to act as if nothing happened. A 10 minute meeting soon followed, this site is a joke and would not recommend anyone to come here.

This place takes forever to attend patients, and the service is very generic. I understand that the doctor can't attend everyone at once, but that doesn't excuse the 2-3 hour waiting time. This place is NOT specialized; it's just a generic doctor who briefly looks at a computer, asks 20 questions, and finishes with prescribing whatever medication he decides. I've been to this place for a year and a half and haven't experienced rude nurses, so I'm pretty surprised that others did. Overall, look for another place; this office isn't worth it at all.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They always leave my mom hanging and she’s had to leave work twice to wait for a telehealth call only for them never to call. Right now I go to their office at 10:45am on a Thursday (they’re open 8AM-4:30PM), and they’re closed. Lights off, door locked. No sign on the door, nothing. Terrible. Just terrible.

Waited 3 hours and was never seen. I wish I could give zero stars. Came in as a new patient, was there 15 minutes early, completed paperwork. Was taken to a room to get vitals and was asked a lot of medical questions with the door open (no privacy). As I waited hours inside a room, I also heard other people talking. If you want privacy and don't want to waste half your day, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere... this is RIDICULOUS

New patient worst of the worst if I can give it zero I would they never pick up there phone like how are you a clinic and you never pick up the phone I don’t understand how they even have a license at this point they are horrible at they job !!!

Awful! I brought my oldest daughter here and they were VERY RUDE. The facility is outdated and old. They handle urine in dixy cup and leave them unattended. Didnt wear gloves . The doctor didn't look at my kid but once and it was very brief. When I requested an excuse for the days my daughter had missed school he said he could not vouche for those days. Took extremely long for everything. Many of the other patient there were displeased with the service as well. Two of the nurses spoke no English lucky im Hispanic and could communicate with them lol i do not recommend this office for anyone who doesn't speak Spanish or anyone for that matter. Will definitely be looking for another doctor asap.
