Very close to home. The office staff is nice, friendly and they accommodate when needed. The doctor is ok. I still can’t understand why the office is charging $3 for a disposable face mask when there is no mask mandate in place. I felt really bad when I saw patients didn’t have the $3 and were told they would not be seen. Dr. Gutierrez, a box of 50 masks is only $10. You charge my insurance $200-$300 for a visit. You need to do better.

I'll start by saying the nurses and staff are all very friendly and kind. They are great.

That being said the doctor that saw me (Jessica Rios) is, for lack of better words, incompetent and/or uncaring. I've had two appointments at this place and I've waited more time than what I spend actually seeing and speaking to the doctor. Both appointments I can legitimately say I spent around 5 minutes actually talking to them. When I tried to explain the reasons for my visit, they really just went off on a limb trying to guess what it could be. In the last appointment, she forgot to prescribe the ONE medication she said she was going to and only focused on a different thing.

My appointments were very disappointing. Again, nurses and other staff are great. Doctor completely sucks. Would not recommend at all.

If I could give negative stars I would. I work at a providers office and we needed medical clearance for a mutual patient and they gave a very vague medical release, saying it was "not from a GP stand point". That it was up to our provider. Mind you it was the patients first time in our office. All we requested was approval for a procedure. The doctor/nurse that came over the phone after speaking with them was very rude. Our patient needed ASAP care and we were not able to help him due to the ignorance and lack of medical standards that this office holds. I would never step foot in this office just by the interaction on the phone I had trying to help our patient. I even recommended our patient to find a PCP that actually cares about his health and not just his money.

The office staff provide terrible patient care for my mother who has type two diabetes. The appointment was at 9:15a.m. and we were there at 9:00a.m. and we were waiting for an hour and nothing. I ask the staff to reschedule at another day since we have errands to do and she had the nerve to say if we do not t come for the appointment my mom will be charged $35 dollar fee. The staff lacked reflecting listening skills and understanding of the situation. The office staff did not provide accommodation for the inconvenience on their part. My mom is a paying customer who deserves quality service.

When you go to a medical faculty you’re looking for everyone you come in contact with to be helpful and just not rude and I’ll you from the start I was not convinced this place was right for me. What made it clear is when I went to drop off a fecal exam to them and arrived one minute after closing. Saw the woman at the front look at me and out the lights while I was there banging on the window. What made it worse is this woman drove around the front and literally watched me at the front as she drove by slowly to watch me standing there and laughs. I called the next morning to ask if they can use the test that I left in their door since she decided what to watch me standing there and not even say ma’am we’re closed. It must’ve been the same woman because she told me they couldn’t use it as it was in the sun and I could come back and get a new test. No ma’am. If you can’t use it then I’d like to cancel my upcoming appointment as I will no longer being going to using facility as my primary care and she said okay and hung up. Come to find out she never cancelled my appoint and the woman led me this week to ask me if I was coming to my appointment smh. Like how ridiculous m! You couldn’t acknowledge me when I was there and couldn’t even do your job after I called. That women needs to be let go because the medical field is not the place for her if this is how she treats patients.

I took my mom there couple times, my mom got the care she needed and felt much better. Dr Gutierrez is such a warm and great welcoming doctor who knows his job. His customer service is one of the best, he takes his time and listen well to his patients. He really showed us that he cares about my mom well-being. I will recommend him to all my family members and friends.

Good clinic, Dr. Hernandez always listens and is very proactive. Always tells me to loose weight but that is true, everything else is excellent. The counter girls are very helpful and all can be done in advance via email and phone. And everyone is bilingual.👌🏻

My wife and I have been attending this clinic for years, and I am truly delighted with the doctor and also with the girls who work up front, they always treat us with kindness, you see that they like working with patients. I really have no complaints about this place.
