Sadly I had no idea about the lack of ability or motivation of the medical supply location. My 16 yr will be having a surgery in 2 days and he is required to have several items immediately after surgery. All of which are out if pocket/partially covered by insurance. Every item was fulfilled by other businesses except for a sling that was sent to this business. 12 days prior to surgery I reached out to the Dr.'s Office with concerns that I hadn't heard anything about the sling. They apologized and supposedly re-faxes documentation to the business. Here I am less than 48hr before the surgery rushing down here to see what is happening to be met with 2 ladies who were forcefully polite. After waiting 15 mins. I explain what I was there for and they had it, and the documentation states it's been ready since the 17th of Jan. No phone call, text, or any attempts at communication. Of course they apologized and said, "See we're pretty busy." I wouldn't call 3 customers(including myself) busy. Respectfully they have the Guthrie Logo and should represent themselves as some sort of reputable medical establishment. They have several disturbing reviews here, I'm shocked that they continue to run this way with no recourse or adjustments to behaviors. I will be reporting their lack of care or consideration to my insurance company since they took their money and mine but yet couldn't make a quick call or text.

I want to give a shout out to Erica who helped me today. There have been very few people who have validated what I am going through and she was amazing!! I fractured my kneecap and she was fitting me for a new brace. She was patient, took the time with me to try all my options on, answered all my questions and even gave me some additional information to help me going forward. And I want to add this experience was as a Fidelis insurance holder Thank you!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in there and this older lady was working at 9:30 Sept 20th 2024 , I asked a few questions she was very off putting and then proceeded to say you guys have good day as we were looking around almost like she was telling us leave with out telling us to leave. My gf asked a question about a chair because she needs one for crps and she wanted to know how much a chair cost because she just got a settlement and guess who would have payed cash for that? People like to see what you have to offer before having there stuff sent to a place that might not have a big selection. So basically she talked Guthrie out of thousands of dollars just because of her additude. Plenty more places out there. But then again it's not shocking because it is Guthrie and they kinda have a local reputation of not being a place to work and how they treat there patients. But I want to be clear It's not her place it's guthries . Now going back to my point Often times I don't wait to get a referral for a medical device and equipment , I pay cash or card. Perks of having a great job, but even if I did I know where I won't be bringing my business. And being a person who advocates for clients who refequently use medical devices I will not suggest or recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service skills. Plenty of other reputable businesses out there.

I have call there for three weeks for a c pap there excuses are weak and demeaning and insult my intelligence it comes down to the insurance you have like blue cross blue shield they eat it right up anything below that it comes last go to Gerolds they got my paperwork today from the doctor took these people three weeks wow lie and I'm picking it up tomorrow what oh my goodness tomorrow go to Gerolds or anywhere but here they lie to you run from here if your doctor suggest them let them know how they are so they stop sending people here then they will fire all the liars and maybe straiten out there business

I've called three times to find out about a cervical collar ordered by my doctor. I spoke to a rep. that was supposed to get back to me the same day.three days later and the weekend No call back. I've left three messages. Very disappointed in their lack of communication and care to the patient.

This place is ridiculously slow and inefficient when it comes to filling medical supplies. They have only 1 receptionist taking medical supply refill requests and she will only contact insurance companies once a week to get approval for the supply requests . So if you call the the day she already has called the insurance companies then your request is put on a pile to be called the following week. And your left waiting for your supplies. And if you have refills on your supplies they will discard the refill script at at the turn of the year, so your have to re contact your doctor's office for a new refill script so you can get your medical supply refill.
I played phone tag with the receptionist all day Friday even leaving a message with my information and that I needed a new cpap mask because the seal on my mask was peeling off causing a significant leak. She calls me Monday afternoon to confirm the information and on Thursday I'm still waiting for the supply request to be filled. And it's been like this since I have been using them for the last 2 years. And good luck complaining about it to them they just say, that is just how it is. And nothing else can be done about it. Yet a pharmacy can do this process with medications in a matter of hours that this place that's connected to a hospital takes a week to 2 weeks to do and has done it this way for years.
My suggestion is to try someone else to do your medical supplies. I for one will be contacting my doctor and doing just this. It's just sad it took me this long to get to the realization of their inefficiency at doing business with refilling medical supplies. Hopefully this helps others avoid the frustration I've had dealing with this place.

Absolutely no concern for the patient. My husband wears cpap to sleep and his supplies need to be filled quickly. It has taken a week to get his new supplies. Ridiculous!!!! They are also rude and dismissive. I will be going to a different med supplies store.

I ordered a shower commode chair on December 23, 2018, money was taken from my account within two days. Their website says 3 day delivery....umm lol yeah right.

It's now January 18, 2019, after 4 emails to this company and no way to contact anyone because when you call them the phone just rings and rings. They say they'd rather go through email.

Very dissatisfied with this company and the sad thing is I never received my merchandise. So now I'm out $165.99, which is sad being everyone struggles with the economy of today.

Terrible how people treat people.

Your company DOES NOT even come close to getting a gold star, but it is the only way I can submit this post.
