VERY POOR SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They said it was my fault that they didn’t send two men to deliver bed/lift chair (I have stairs) even though I told them when I ordered equipment. When calling to have equipment picked up I reminded them to send two drivers as they screwed up the first time—she hung up on me. BIL is on hospital board—-can’t wait for this to get around the medical community. Can imagine how they treat elderly patients……

I have been a customer with Gulf Shore Medical Supply for many years. Renzo The Medical Supply store manager and his team over the years has been awesome. He has always been there to take care of any and all of my supplies needs and if he does not have them in the store, he will track down what I need and do his best to get them. They have moved to new and larger facility and I am sure Renzo along with his team will do all they can to make shopping at Gulf Shore a wonderful experience.
