The Doctors are good but their staff is an issue. I sent them paperwork with request for a letter. I filled out the paperwork and they took all my documents. I checked weekly on any updates and everytime it was a different person who had no clue what I was talking about. After explaining they said yes we have the paperwork. A week ago I received a call from the office stating they are working on the letter. I called again today and no one knew what I was talking about? They once again understood but said they could not used my documents provide. So for over 3 weeks they kept dragging it out just to tell me what they could have told me earlier.

On another count asked for a follow visit and the office told me my insurance would not allow it. I called my insurance company and they said that is not true. They are incompetent.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Went to the mobile location to see Dr Hulick, I didn’t even see the doctor I seen the NP he came in told me that he had another doctor look at my ct scan and there’s no fractures . So you’re telling me what the er doctor showed me is a lie? I seen both of the fractures in my back . Didn’t even see the doctor at all!!!! Worse establishment I have dealt with .

I must agree with Dr McBrearty about reception service staff. On my first visit they deserve no more than a -0- which of course pulls the overall assessment down 50%, which is a 2.5. As a NP, looking for help, got none from front recep. person. She didn't greet, nor LOOK at me, didnt inquire how she could help me, ie NP or EP— again WITHOUT the respect of acknowledging me, TOLD me ‘just sign in and sit out there!’ If I had not brought to her attention that I was a new patient more time would’ve been wasted bc she asked me nothing. I had to ask her everything; I was already reaching for my ID and my insurance card, knowing there would be paperwork to fill out. I was still waiting but she kept telling me just to sit down. Finally took my cards to copy them; then she walked but away over her shoulder she told me to pay my co-pay. She was away from the desk in a side room, but I was not going to yell with a lobby full of patients to talk to her. When she finally came back I said what about the copay? She said I collect it now. I said different offices do different things and I did not come prepared to pay a co-pay or I would’ve brought my checkbook. Well she made it clear to everyone in the room that I had made a big mistake and that she wasn’t even sure that they would keep my appointment. She left the desk again and said that she would get permission to register me. I asked her if I could speak with the office mgr.A woman came up a few minutes later to discuss the whole private matter —again NO DISCRETION OR PRIVACY, with a room full of people. I had to ask for privacy! She pointed to a room down the hall and told me go sit in there. Continually ordered around like in the military. I told who i THOUGHT was the mgr-my experience chking in only to find out she wasn’t even the mgr. After pouring out all she says she had to see if he’s available.🙄He came, ALL OVER AGAIN I shared the front office personnel never gave respect or DISCRETION—spoke loudly for all waiting to hear; made me look criminal the way she was humiliating me. Then he (administrator) told me that “it was not going to be a big deal over a $25 co-pay.” I said thank you- he said “let me go discuss it with “them”.” I told him that I recvd two weeks of text notices with VERY specific instructions on what to have on the first visit- —. It is very detailed and tells you exactly what to be prepared for: ONLY your ID and insurance card and the appointment time – nowhere does it say we will be collecting a co-pay upfront before you see the doctor. I did not come prepared to do that. I explain I’m on a fixed income on medical disability and don’t get my next Social Security deposit for a week, that I pay by bill in the mail and never had a medical facility reject That, In 50 years( im 69). The office administrator returned and recanted everything he just told me, said he’s using policy “in this case” and that he must collect the $25 NOW or I cannot see the physician. Why he walked back his word to me is bizarre- if hes truly the office ADMIN.I shared I only carry an emergency credit card for emergencies, car breaking down, hospital, unexpected house repair etc., But he was insistent if I did not pay $25 I could not see Dr.Savage. I showed him the numerous texts that I received in the days and weeks w/no mention even when I booked the appointment to prepare to pay BEFORE I was seen! I was then forced to use my emergency- only credit card. I suggested if this is how a patient is going to be treated with No other options LIKE BILLING- they need to be clear in all of their communications with the new that::you will NOT see their doctors if you don’t. legally you haven’t done your due diligence and demean a patient who is not prepared.

I am blessed to have Dr. Savage as my doctor. Two months ago, he did a hip replacement on me that has turned my life around for the better. I am a person who asks a lot of questions and he patiently responded to all of them in great detail before the surgery and after. As a result I had total trust he would do a great job. His knowledge and expertise was obvious and I will always be very grateful to him for helping me.

Dr. Albert Savage is OUTSTANDING! Probably the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He’s extremely knowledgeable and he does not rush the appointment. Really takes the time to help you. He’s been helpful regarding knees and hips. The office does their own x-rays and typically has you do them the same day you see the dr but before the appointment. 100% worth the wait. It can take 1-2 months to get an appointment. Once you get an appointment you can call back and see if another day earlier opened up.

Dr. Detterman is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. He is very professional and makes my situation easy to understand. He always makes me feel at ease, and thoroughly explains what is wrong and what needs to be done to make me better. His bedside manner and sense of humor is a big plus and hard to find in a doctor. Would highly recommend him.

The doctors and their techs are fabulous. The women operating the reception desk are rude and gossip about other employees at levels easily heard from the waiting area. If it was once I'd ignore it, but this is my third visit here with the same experience by the same persons. I would rate this clinic a 5 otherwise. And if I were the office manager they'd get a warning followed by "service no longer required."
