Took my daughter in two weeks ago for a sore throat. We were seen in a timely manner and the staff was amazing. They listened to my concerns and eased my daughters anxiety about being seen in a new office. All around a great urgent care experience.

Place is straight garbage!!! Called twice in a week to get medically clears for a physical. Someone told me to just walk in and that I should be good to be taken care of. When I show up no one knows what the hell is going on. There all lost in the sauce, and I drove all way from Crestview down to Mary Esther and everyone at the front desk seem to have a sever case of dementia. Definitely don’t recommend going to this place for anything.

Almost no waiting, toys and play area for children. TV on to pass the time as well as a plethora of magazines if TV not enough. Today the program was very interesting, it was about game wardens in Texas and the work that they do. Nurse was patient and in good spirits, always responding with a smile. I had my wellness exam done today, and it was certainly thorough. The doctor discussed the issues that I brought up in depth. As always, lab work was ordered as needed, and got my review of vaccinations. I am always very pleased with the attention I get at Gulf Coast Immediate Care Center.

Absolutely awesome experience.. the Office Manager JORDAN displays impeccable customer service, as he’s informed me and assisted me with several of my needs.. he’s never ever led me in the wrong direction, has only given me the utmost helpful information and I always take heed to his advice.. also, I’ve always received a warm welcome with a smile from the receptionist (I believe AMANDA or possibly APRIL, my apologies for my ignorance) and has been nothing but helpful every single visit.. as far as DR. SIEGEL goes, I believe I can sum him up in Three (3) words and that’s caring / compassionate / conversationalist in my honest opinion.. I love his energy, care and thorough information no matter what I am at their offices for.. I will continue to visit and patronize this establishment for as long as humanly possible for all of my needs that can be taken care of for me here.. and.. I suggest you do the same!!

From the start, meeting Amanda the receptionist, to the nurses Linda and Kelsey, we were treated in a friendly and timely manner. Kelsey took special care to get history and facts. (We are from out-of-town so we weren't sure what to expect.) Dr. Yudelmy Sanchez has tremendous knowledge about the medical condition and how to best treat it. We could not be more pleased and grateful for her attention to detail. They called in prescriptions and got them within a couple of hours. We are relieved to have found such a wonderful group of medical providers so close to our favorite vacation place.

This office needs a medical malpractice lawsuit. They lie to you. I can't even begin to count how many times they lied even from telling me my appointment was $125 for self pay then charged more. Said they had to do my labs there because I'm self pay but but quest takes self pay too. Saidbi would I get my prescription refill by the end of they day and they did not do it.

Poor quality of care and rude! My husband was very sick this week and went there. They rudely asked “why are you here?”. Bad first impression. He is rarely ever sick. He tested positive for Covid on Monday-first time ever having it-and Thursday morning his oxygen level was now only reading 87 as well as shortness of breath, weakness, rapid breathing with very little exertion, and deep loud burning cough. He is also diabetic and obese…big risk factors if they had bothered to care. The reply was a snobbish “so why are you here?” again. He was told to go home and quarantine for 5 days! They refused to see him. Who runs an urgent care clinic and tells someone that sick to go home with an oxygen level that low? Below 90 should receive nasal cannula oxygenation. He had already quarantined for 4 days and was sicker, and seeking medical attention.

The front desk staff were super friendly, professional, and fast. We were walk ins and it didn’t take long to get seen. The nurse, Linda was amazing with my daughter who was worked up over Covid and strep test. So polite, so easy going, made us feel like our home doctors office does( we are from out of town). Dr. Siegel was thorough, listened to our concerns, took time with us, and again, made us feel like we were back home at our family doctor office. Wonderful experience, wonderful staff. Thank y’all for your wonderful customer service and easing this worried Mamas nerves and taking sure good care of my daughter.
