Had my routine colonoscopy done and the entire staff was incredble.. I’m not sure of her name but the lady who did the prep for the procedure was amazing.. that was the first time I’ve ever had an IV put into my hand that I didn’t even feel.. and I get iv infusion once a month.. would highly recommend this office to anyone needing this type of procedure..

You people are amazing. Every single person I encountered here, from Tammy at intake to Beth at discharge was exceptional! Brenda put me at ease right away & Desiree reassured me I was in the best hands when the procedure began. Apologies to Kelly , who had to educate me on the importance of knowing why I was there, sorry if I seemed a little short, but medical "mumbo jumbo" as I call it, confuses me. Consider me educated. Thank you. I am 100% better today than yesterday. THANK YOU ALL.

From start to finish it was a great experience. They were very quick and efficient. I expected a long wait time and things went very smooth and they took great care of my husband. From start to finish, perfection. Nurses are the biggest critics (especially ICU nurses-and make for the worst patients)...we're not used to being "the patient" and boy is it difficult. We've seen far too much and tend to be prepared for the worst! Probably why I put this off for 2 years. This experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Katie Agnello has it all-expertise and amazing bedside manner-she should teach others how it's done...the woman acts like she loves her job, her patients and it shows! Amanda, CRNA was so good to me when she learned of my fear of sedation-her competence spoke volumes along with her patience and trusting demeanor-so thankful. While I was casing the place for a way out and almost ran for it, she was amazing...forever grateful. Pre-op/post-op Kathy was wonderful. Now stop procrastinating and schedule 🙂

I would never go to this place again. The nurses were great. The billing department is horrible. I had my insurance information that it was fully covered. They said it wasn't and if you don't pay you won't get the procedure done. I now can see that it was fully covered by my insurance and they say I will get my money back in 6 to 8 weeks. Totally rude even when she was wrong.
