I am utterly disappointed in the service I received at GT Healthcare. My first call, which cost nearly $300 was a 15 minute intro call where nothing was covered outside of what could be learned on GT Healthcare’s website. To make matters worse, I was charged FOUR times for this call- I had to follow up repeatedly to ask for my money back on these fraudulent charges. Completely unprofessional and I would avoid at all costs if you are paying out of pocket or want to receive attentive care.

My experience with GT Healthcare has been truly unmatched, in large part thanks to my experience with Dr. Thompson. I came to her in a time of really severe mental health crisis, and 6 weeks later I am feeling better than I have in years.

Dr. Thompson’s approach is personalized and evidence-based, tailoring the treatment to my specific needs and conditions. She is the first psychiatrist I've had (in a lifetime of trying to sort out my mental health issues...) who has really put the time into understanding my unique patient profile and finding the right medications for *me*.

Her care goes beyond just giving prescriptions: for example, on day 1 she ordered an extremely thorough blood work panel for me. This wasn’t a standard, cursory look at my health - it was a deep dive into my body’s makeup and how it might be affecting my mental health (for example, genetic profiling to understand which medications may be the most effective for me). She took the time to thoroughly explain the results to me, helping me to become an active participant in my own care. This has been really empowering and made me feel more in control of my own mental health.

Additionally, Dr. Thompson has been incredibly accessible and responsive to all my questions. Her communication style is clear, compassionate, and non-judgmental.

GT Healthcare also offers therapy services, and while the therapists there weren’t the right match for me, I am very appreciative of their willingness to take me on as a patient in crisis. I also appreciate that GT Healthcare overall values a well-rounded, holistic approach to mental health and wants to ensure that patients receive therapy as well as any necessary medications.

Ms. Thompson and her team are professional, compassionate and really great at providing needed resources for their clients. Very happy with services received and I’m looking forward to what the future can hold.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! This has been the worst healthcare experience I have ever had I have been coming to Dr. Thompson for around 7 months for psychiatry and the entire process has been horrible. I believe all they care about is making money off of their patients. No one ever answers their phone and there is no customer service. Also Dr. Thompson has prescribed me the same medication for the past seven months and requires me to have an appointment with her once a month where she asked me do you feel OK? And I say yes and she gives me my medication. This appointment normally lasts about five minutes. She doesn’t really care about And I have to pay hundreds of dollars for this appointment just to get my medication. I was running low on my medication and reached out and asked if I could get a refill. I was told not until I saw Dr. Thompson and her next appointment wasn’t for a week which meant I had to go a week without my medication. You should not go any amount of time without a psychiatric drug which can cause seizures and other issues skipped They are irresponsible and should not call themselves doctors.

Sad excuse for a healthcare company, they really need to get it together before letting patients down who are in need. I can count 10 plus times you they dropped the ball, in my less than a month with them. From canceling and rescheduling my appointment 8 plus times, blowing up my phone with incorrect notifications (including several calls on Christmas) and today I finally get someone on the phone only to be hung up on by a RUDE representative. People come to you in a time of need and you fail to even properly send communication and/or simply schedule an appointment. To add insult to injury, I get a $150 bill from y'all for this experience. Even as I type this I am still getting appointment reminders from you... Take this as a learning experience and do better. You should be ashamed

Stay away if you want proper service, it seems GT Healthcare just wants your money with terrible administration!

My partner had the worst experience with this healthcare provider - they canceled and rescheduled the appointment numerous times, bombarded with notifications and then there is no customer service when trying to resolve billing inquiries (the rep just put the phone down without trying to even assist).

i just started with gabrielle but i already feel like we’ve made so much more progress in comparison to years of struggling with kaiser providers. she is very attentive and a good listener. she is also very action oriented and always has a treatment plan, but still consults with me to make sure i’m okay with it, which makes me feel like i am in control of my treatment. i feel very heard by gabrielle and i think she is the most effective mental health provider i’ve worked with in years. i highly recommend her.

Under NO circumstances should you use GT Healthcare. They overcharge you and do not respond to texts, email, or phone calls in a reasonable time.
