I highly recommend Growth & Recovery Counseling. The office is so warm and inviting.
My experience was wonderful. The practice owner Melody Williams processes a passion to help others and is willing to go above and beyond to get you an appointment with the best therapist for your needs.
My Therapist was amazing, she helped pull me from a dark place and set me in a place of healing. She seen me for the person I am and her sense of humor helped when I was out of my depth. I am so grateful for her perspective and support.
I also had the opportunity to attend some workshops they were having which gave me the chance to meet other therapist as well. They were ALL amazing!

I recently did a series of sessions with Allison to learn how to manage my anxiety and calm my nervous system. I cannot say enough good things. Allison is professional, knowledgeable and above all compassionate. She has helped me make progress in areas that I had been stuck for a long while. I am so grateful that I connected with Allison and I would highly recommend working with her if you are curious how hypnotherapy or emotional freedom technique can work for you.

I under went hypnotherapy for depression, addiction and anxiety after many failed attempts with medication. I was referred by a friend not sure what to expect but I went in with an open mind ready for anything to help. I worked with Allison and only had 4 sessions but immediately after the 1st session I felt immensely better. Since then my life has been changed for the better. I have stopped drinking, my relationship with my kids and wife are amazing now and I feel happy every day. It works

Growth and Recovery has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The various counselors offer counseling for most mental health situations. The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the perfect match for all their clients. My experience was wonderful. I recommend them to anyone who is seeking to better their mental health.

Allison is a great therapist. I have been seeing her for close to 2 months now. She has been a tremendous support system since my father passed away. With every session I learn something new about myself and learn new methods of coping with anxiety and depression.

This is an excellent counseling center in the Trinity/ New Port Richey area. All of the clinicians are highly educated, caring people who are well trained to treat a variety of issues. Counseling can feel overwhelming at first but the environment and the therapists at Growth and Recovery are warm and welcoming and will help you to feel right at home. The office staff are responsive to calls and very good at helping you to find the therapist best qualified to treat your needs.

The Growth & Recovery Counseling Center is the best client-focused group private practices in our area! I am a Therapist myself and have worked with the Owner Joy Davis for years. She is an excellent Social Worker & Eating Disorder Specialist. My counseling colleagues at G & R go above and beyond in caring, respecting and helping their clients in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Highly recommend!

My husband made the appointment via email the lady scheduled us with Kelly glass and was told we could have a 11am appointment and no response back as to if we were going to have that appointment. We show up thinking our appointment is at 11 to find out there's no check in area to let someone know where here, waited 30 minutes before leaving to find out some guy went in to see Kelly at 11. This place is very unprofessional with not knowing how to schedule people or even knowing if your there
