GGF is amazing and I highly recommend!! Physical Therapist Dr. Karrie was an absolute lifesaver during my pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I saw her around 20 weeks pregnant as I was suffering from extreme pelvic pain- very hard to sleep, even walk. She helped heal almost all the pain I was in and helped me to be pain-free throughout the rest of my pregnancy! She was also a tremendous help in my postpartum recovery. She truly made my pregnancy so much more enjoyable throughout the very end and helped me have a smooth recovery to where I am able to workout normally and feel like myself again. I was also able to bring my baby girl to my appointments with me and breastfeed while Karrie worked on me! I cannot thank her enough for all of her help! She’s incredible, so kind and professional, I can’t recommend her enough!

Throughout pregnancy and postpartum I have seen Dr. Larissa for chiropractic care and she has helped tremendously with my tight hip flexors, upper neck and back, shoulders- really a little bit of everything! Every time I see her I feel SO much better after being adjusted. During pregnancy, she helped loosen up my tight hip flexors so that my baby would be in a more comfortable position for me and her. During the end of my pregnancy that greatly helped with keeping baby head down, and keeping me as comfortable as possible. She was there for me during my very final days of pregnancy and I cannot thank her enough for all of the support she gave me. Truly an amazing person and chiropractor! I have also taken my baby girl to see her many times and it has helped with her feeding, gassiness, and overall well-being! Dr. Larissa is THE BEST!

I have seen Megan and Lauren for prenatal and postpartum massages. They are both amazing massage therapists! I have also been seeing Megan for scar work and cupping. Megan is also a doula and teaches a prenatal class. She is so knowledgeable and helpful for everything pregnancy and postpartum. So grateful for her help and guidance!

I saw Christy, the lactation consultant, during the first few months of breastfeeding for ALL of the questions. So much uncertainty during the first few days/weeks/months as a first time mom. She was extremely helpful with all of her expertise for successful breastfeeding. She answered so many questions and helped calm my anxiety and reassure me that my baby was thriving! She was so helpful with any latching or positioning issues and all pumping questions! I felt a bit lost starting my breastfeeding journey but thankfully I saw her and she helped me become a confident breastfeeding mom! I’ve been almost exclusively breastfeeding for 8 months now and counting! Thank you Christy!!

I first came to Dr. Larissa for prenatal adjustments. I felt relief in my back, hips, and shoulder areas in no time. She always made sure my baby was positioned well for delivery. Once baby was born, she adjusted her and Christy was a tremendous help with the pain I was having while nursing. Christy only gave me a few pointers and was able to bring my 8-9 pain down to a 2! Great group of ladies and they are all very knowledgeable of the body! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I started seeing Dr. Larissa in my 3rd trimester because of hip pain I was experiencing. I felt relief after the first adjustment and after a few appointments, the hip pain completely went away. I continued seeing her up until the exact day my daughter was born. She helped do adjustments that got my daughter in a better position for birth and I am so grateful for all of her help. Love everything and everyone at Growing Green Families! Larissa has been my go to chiropractor since my pregnancy in 2021. I wish I had started going to her sooner for my sciatica.

But even after my first session with her I felt an enormous relief and was able to function again.

Even after 2 years, I still treat myself to regular alignments with Larissa. She’s a pro and really cares about her patients. As long as I am living in the area I will keep going to Larissa.

I cannot say enough good things about GGF! As a first time mom this place has been my saving grace on more than one occasion through this journey into motherhood. Everyone here makes you feel so welcome from the moment you walk into the door. They truly are a one stop shop for nearly everything you need as a parent with little ones. I started going here last year during my first pregnancy. The first thing that brought us in was the prenatal class taught by Megan, which started the most wonderful relationship. I have to brag on her, she is INCREDIBLE. Not only did she give us this wealth of knowledge in the prenatal class but also so much support as my prenatal massage therapist. She even gave massage support while I was in labour and some surprise doula magic with my daughter’s quick birth. Christie, the lactation specialist, is also another amazing person we see there and she’s really helped us get back on track with breastfeeding. She puts on this wonderful support group with other breastfeeding mothers every month that really connects you into a much needed community. Thank you so much GGF for all of your support!
