I have loved donating here since 2019 and will continue to donate until I am no longer able to. This place has helped me many times pay my bills and are just a great place in general. I hope in the future they can accomodate future military donaters who come to donate but struggle to do so.

Wonderful service wonderful ppl but clearly understaffed. If I'm a regular I shouldn't be there for a whole process of like 4hours. Especially if I'm making an appointment or what's the whole point of appointments if we are not being prioritized. I should be able to check in if I'm prepared to scan go ahead and scan and wait to get screened. Lately that's been taking at least an hour to yet wait in the back for someone to be available to get poked and start the machine usually another 20 to 30 minutes at times and one last time again to get unattached from the machine feeling super cold from the saline return.( I do come with a blanket but it's not enough) Clearly more staffis needed!!

Extremely in professional staff, witnessed them pricking people’s fingers with gloves on, not changing gloves or washing hands before doing the same to next patient .
I went once for the 100$ first visit. The phlebotomist. Missed my vein by a long shot and I still currently after 9 days 3/4 of my arm bruised.
The only friendly and helpful employee o dealt with was the the younger man with green hair.

Everyone else seems like they were just trained and have no experience making a sandwich let alone providing medical services. Manager would not give me her name or number to contact to file a complaint with the the company.
Keep. In mind this was from over a week ago I just took theses photos.

I highly recommend the other clinic nearly big curve big 5. Much more respectful professional

Save yourself the stress and don’t do donate here. Trust me. You won’t regret my advice. The. Pay 40 the. 70 then 40 then 70.
Meanwhile sellling theses quarts of your body for hundreds and hundreds of dollars into the thousands and they still treat you like a peon.

I went into Grifols today as a first time donor, I wasn’t successful due to my pulse being too high.

Everyone that I met/worked with during my time at the center were professional and friendly. The building was also very clean.

Ultimately I decided that donating plasma probably isn’t right for me. I spent a lot of time preparing for the donation such as drinking a ton of water, drinking body armor, and eating super clean.

I also was sedentary for the past two days.

It also takes me an hour round trip to get to the donation center so to get deferred costs money and time/effort for no reward.

I barely passed the hematocrit test but failed the pulse test.

I like to exercise and take my daughter on bike rides. I also like to indulge in a pizza every once in a while.

I’m tall and muscular as well and I like to keep my body the way it looks.

So the lifestyle of being a plasma donor just isn’t for me. But good to those who do donate.

I had the worst visit today. What's the point of appts when you stick people that got here first, last. Made me wait 20 plus mins in the back while the workers ignored us all. They kept seating people and doing there sticks first. I always get skipped over here and it's really getting on my nerves. When you try to say anything they just blow you off. This is over a 2 hour visit. I get its Halloween but pay attention to your job. The lady that stuck Me made it hurt an was twisting the tube's without paying attention cuz she was talking to a co worker. Seriously not cool

This place used to be quick and easy. 1 hour to hour fifteen. But not anymore, my last appointment took 3 hours to complete. 50 min in the waiting room, 20 min waiting for a spot and then I sat in the chair for another 25-30 min before I started and then sat for 20 min waiting to get it removed. The employees talk which isn't a bad thing but they always say there short handed and some even say they take extra long lunches. And from other reviews I don't think this will get fixed any time soon

I've been donating regularly here for over a year and they recently hired a bunch of new people and the close training they are getting is great! Leslie guided the new guy working on me so well! The teamwork and leadership she showed was awesome!

Follow these rules

Be hydrated and eat well prior to donating.

Don't come to the center sick.

Be nice to the staff they will be nice to you.

Do not harass the staff and do what they tell you to do.

Not everyone qualifies to donate if you do not qualify do not get angry with the staff.

Don't follow these rules expect to have a bad time donating plasma.
