We cannot be more pleased with Griffin Mobility of Hartselle, AL. When packing for vacation in the Cullman area, we managed to forget to pack the charger for my husband's travel power chair. After spending most of the morning online trying to find one that would work with his chair, we were so frustrated.

One simple call to Griffin Mobility and 35 minutes later, we had a brand new charger for his chair. Vacation salvaged, we got to see a lovely part of Alabama and met a very wonderful, helpful person! Thank you!!

If you need an accessible vehicle look no further! This a great group of people that are so helpful and accommodating. They do such a great job!! I bought a new van through them and it couldn’t have went any better! Thank you Griffin Mobility!!

We purchased a chairlift from Griffin Mobility a number of years ago. The installation and performance of the chair was great. We recently were having an issue with the chair making a random beeping noise. I called to have it checked. The technician came looked at the chair and said it needed new batteries. The batteries were changed out. I was charged just under $400. Soon afterwards the chair started making the same noise. I called again. They came out looked at the chair and said there was a bad board in the unit. They ordered a new board. This cost an additional amount just under $800. After one use the chair quit working again. I called and the same technician was sent back out. This time it was determined the charger was bad. I paid about $144 to replace the charger. At present the chair seems to be working fine.

I strongly feel the charger was the problem all along. I also feel we were charged for unnecessary items because the technician couldn’t diagnose the real issue.

Always been taken care of at this place. The staff was very helpful with my mom who has recently became disabled. It means alot to have people who care when going through such a tough time for a family. I really appreciate their efforts and understanding.

Awesome customer service. We had some personal issues come up while getting the van fixed and they didn't skip a beat in helping us. We drove 2 hours, one way, because of their attitude on the phone. The places closer to us need to learn compassion for the differently abled people they serve. This company is top notch! They over explained that if there's a problem they are there to help 24/7.

My mother is 91 and really needs her power chair for daily activity. The staff at Griffin worked quickly to get her chair repaired and back to her. All at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Awesome service friendly staff and they take the time to explain all the details both large and small. I look forward to the years that they are my service provider for my Scooter that the VA furnished me.
