I had the pleasure of being a patient at Dr. Herd's office, and I can confidently say he is an excellent dentist. Dr. Herd demonstrates genuine care for his patients, ensuring all questions are addressed thoroughly. He meticulously placed my permanent crown and expertly redid fillings that previously trapped food. Dr. Herd meticulously checked the contact points, effectively resolving the issue. Fatima, his assistant, is also outstanding, displaying excellent bedside manner. I have been a patient of Dr. Herd and his associates for over 33 years. Year after year, I am greeted with smiles and questions about my family. Every single time I leave their office I feel like I have received exceptional care! Not only are they kind, caring, and extremely professional, but they are all very knowledgeable in their different roles. Love going into Dr.Herd’s office. Office is always clean!! The people at the front desk are always happy to see me. All the staff in the back are very professional and really know how to treat a patient. I always come out with a clean smile every time I go to visit Dr.Herd and his entire staff!!

Patient of over 10 years (maybe 15? I’ve lost count), literally zero complaints. Very happy and comfortable experience every time I visit. Everyone is always so friendly and make me feel so welcome. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick at what they do. I also never have to wait for more than a minute or two (usually no wait at all) to be seen. Their text reminder service is a plus! Needless to say, I am extremely appreciative of all that Dr. Herd and his staff have done for me over the years. 100/10, would recommend.

My family and I been seeing Dr. Herd and his staff for over 15 years. They are the absolute best! Quality work while being gentle and always making sure you are comfortable.
