Best dispensary in Lake County. Always friendly, inviting, staff is knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Great selection of every type of product you could need and more! Amazing prices and great rewards program and specials. Shop is clean, bright, well organized and the location is right off main St. with plenty of parking. If you are in the area definitely stop by, if you aren't, make the trip! It's worth it. The owners are awesome and treat their customers well. Highly recommend!!

I was in Lakeport last Friday and decided to see if they had the edibles I use. I saw they had a brand I only find at Mercy Wellness and asked for 4 packs of the sleep brand. The older, grey haired woman helping me makes a snarky comment "you going to sleep the whole weekend?" I was so taken aback I told her this was for the month and it helps me relax and get a few hours of sleep a night. I have chronic pain from breaking my back and have degenerative disc disease. I have never been shamed for buying my choice of medicine by a dispensary employee ever.
I won't go back, I know they dont care if i don't. But no paying customer should be shamed for their purchase. I'll just make the drive over to Mercy in Santa Rosa.
