It’s sad that the receptionist and RN would lie to the family like the doctor is running test on one of my immediate family members and the whole time he was in the back discharged. We sat out in the waiting area close to an hour trying to go to the back to see him but the receptionist kept saying he was okay and their running test. So when the RN walked my family member out into lobby he stated the doctor didn’t run no test or do lab work he was just sitting in the room.

My experience here was very satisfying. After 3 days of extreme headache and pain, so much pain that it made me cry like a baby. Pressure in my head was so much that I was convinced that a blood vessel was going to blow up and give me stroke. Upon visiting Great River, I was cured within 2 hours. Dr. Landry was right on with the diagnosis and treatment. Nurse Lindsey is a very compassionate human being. $150 co-pay was very very reasonable and fair for the visit. God bless you all. Thank you for your service. Keep up the good work.

Had to send my son to the ER, and because I was not there and my gf was they refused to see him. Even though she could answer all questions and had his insurance card. She even had them call me and I was able to answer all questions as well. It wasn't until I had to get nasty and ugly did they put him in a room. Once I did arrive someone did apologize for the issue. Fast forward a few months later we get the bill and pay in full. Then months later get a notice that our account is past due. I call and there is no record of my payment!! I had to get a statement from my bank to prove. I don't know about anybody else put losing a $600+ payment is a HUGH problem! We don't have that kind of money just laying around.

All that to say just go to Jonesboro if you can make it

During my stroke, the staff reacted in a fast and professional manner. I credit my health today to their fast response, diagnosis and having the clot busting medicine on hand. I'm very grateful for the staff and for their knowledge and response.

They almost killed my father ! He went because his stomach was hurting and felt like he was being stabbed ! The nurses were extremely rude ! They ignored all his needs ! He requested pain medicine and they refused! They claim he only had a bladder infection and they just sent him home without checking to make sure he was secure! He is now on life support at another hospital because BLYTHEVILLE hospital do not know what they are doing and sent him home knowing he was in serious critical conditions ! They do not care about the patients! I do not recommend this hospital! It would be better to stay at home then come to this hell place ! We recommend St.Bernards they always always care! Blytheville hospital is the worst hospital!!!
