I couldn't be more thrilled with my recent haircut! Jeanette really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. The cut is perfectly tailored to my face shape and personal style, and I love how it adds so much volume and movement. The attention to detail was impressive, and I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend Jeanette —professional, skilled, and totally worth it!

This was my far the worst haircut experience I've ever had. I will never return to this location. I checked in with 5 people in front of me, i was told the wait would be about 45 mins since there were 3 stylist on duty. I checked in roughly around 4 and i waited 2 HOURS to be called up. One of the stylists took 45 mins (maybe more) to cut a guys hair, this dude was bald!! I watched her use an electric shaver and basically just mow his scalp and talk for 30 mins. I lost it when she brought out the brush and the blow dryer, no joke! I haven't been so mad in a long long time! The stylist next to her got through 2 people in the same amount of time her co worker attend to the bald dude. What pissed me off even more was after waiting 2 hours, It was finally my turn. And bc they close at 6 , it was now closing time. So she rushed through MY haircut after taking 45 mins w a guy with no hair. Less than 10 mins in and she was done, asking me how I liked it. She went so fast and ignored my directions of how I wanted it cut. She completely changed the shape and style of my hair. I left looking like I was off to the marines . With a horrible hard line in my so called fade. I was STEWING in so much anger, I had to bite my tongue just to avoid absolutely snapping at her. Worst experience getting a haircut ever!! Shame on her!! I was going to let her have it, but i needed a cut for work tomorrow. But i wish I waited and went to the location I usually go to. 0/5 stars and I should get a coupon for my next haircut to be on the house, to say the least.

My boys have been coming to this location for years. We've tried other locations and we keep coming back to the Oakleaf Commons because Sydny works there. She's the only one who cuts their hair the way they want it and describe and she always comes through. She's pleasant, always professional and smiling. She watched my boys grow up. We will always come to this location because she works there.

Luis will miss you while he's in college and we will see you soon for my high schooler!

Great Clips, you have a great one in Sydny. She deserves a raise for the business she brings to your location.

The quality of the cut depends on which stylist you get. They have high turnover which leads to bad ones giving the good cutters a bad rep. The interior is clean and well stocked. Come with a specific cut and detail what u want or you won't like what they decide to go with. About half of them actually listen so make yourself understood. The prices are getting too high to keep going here and give a tip. If you do go here, download the app and sign in before you get there to keep down the long waits.

I’ve always been a loyal customer of Great Clips. They are a veteran friendly company (I get a free haircut on Veterans Day), and they are conveniently open on Sundays. There’s an old saying: “When you find a great hairstylist, you stick with them”, as in my case.

Ms. JEANETTE, transferred to this location from the GC located near my house. That said, although this Great Clips location is a little out of my way, I decided to come here instead of the one near my house. Simply because I decided to follow my favorite hairstylist, and I refused to let other stylist touch my hair. Jeanette is very friendly and welcoming. She has a very positive aura, and her upbeat attitude is very enchanting. She’s always given me a haircut beyond satisfaction. Now, if you're still looking for that great hairstylist in your life, I highly recommend for you to visit this GC location and ask for Ms. JEANETTE. You can’t miss her. She’s the petite brunette glamour girl with a cheerful attitude. I have no doubt she’ll win you over.

Wonderful experience throughout. Called as soon as I signed in, and service was meticulous. Changed my cut request and it was cut exactly as I requested. Great conversationist also. At checkout instead of the price, she said it was on the house, because my wife had just passed away 2 weeks prior. Very greatful for her generosity. She said it was no problem, since she was the manager. Thank you so very much. Impressed my whole day, and did I tell alot of people! I will be back even sooner next time, and continue to be their customer.
