Visited Grand Villa of Deland in Feb 2025 and was very impressed with the facility including independent living apartments , assisted living options and the memory care area. The food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Cole and TaMara answered all our questions and provided constant support and feedback on services and .availability. Excellent choice for your loved ones .

The Grand Villa is amazing! The place feels like a 5 star resort. They have everything someone could need to feel right at home. The staff is so kind and they've gone out of their way to build an amazing community.

We are very happy with the care our mother is receiving. She became very comfortable very quickly upon movimg in. The nurses are wonderful & accommodating. The facility is very clean and welcoming and so is the staff.

I do not have enough superlatives to express how wonderful this community is. I recently moved my mom here and the experience from start to finish was great. Every single staff member I encountered was sweet, honest, helpful and I genuinely felt that this is the right community for my mother. I can't recommend this facilty enough!

This place is definitely assisted living at it's best. The atmosphere feels more like an all-inclusive luxury resort. My in-laws moved in yesterday and it was a very special time. The staff was kind, loving and accommodating. We left them very happy. I would recommend Grand Villa of Deland to everyone. Thank you for making it feel like home to all of us.😘♥

I adore the house keeper for my floor. She makes it feel like home with whole housekeeping team. There’s always two option for your food (lunch/dinner) so there is variety for supper. I also enjoy the activities the provide like happy hour and our public adventures.
