The building is a little bit older than the last place. My mother stayed in, but the people are so sweet and genuine. That she loves this place much more than the other place.
I've walked in many times on a conversation. The staff was having with my mother and they had no idea I was there, and they treated her as if she was their own relative.

I am a pastor on the Gulf Coast and I regularly visit people who are shut in or who are in rehab facilities. It is always a pleasure to walk in to grand Boulevard health and rehabilitation. The staff are super friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and patient looked very well taken care of . Lots going on like things for patients and a fun cheerie place . Love the little dog . Patients loved him . Activities very nice and made patients have a good time .
Only concern is no railings on bed even if it was half a railing or maybe even one side seems like it would be safer .

Facility just needs to be cleaner, painted, and updated. Care seems to be awesome, but facility presents a bad image.

Compared to the place I just moved my brother from this place is wonderful! The staff was friendly and the facility is bright, clean and has a lot of room. It’s fresh and cheerful! My brother feels welcome and hopeful about being here! I moved him to be closer for visits!

This facility is very outdated, cosmetically and professionally.
Uneducated staff, lack of dietary needs, and no amenities for physical/mental rehabilitation as well.
Very disappointing for an “upscale” area, Sandestin.

I’ve always been impressed with Grand Blvd. For their kindness, and teamwork! From admissions with Pam to Mary, Starla, April, in patient care to Brandy, Donna in activities Tiffany & Johnny Mae in the yummy kitchen ,with a great rehabilitation team to Jason , Randal, keeping the building clean and safe! I 💯 percent recommend the best of the best who will try their best ALWAYS!!!
