I would of gave them a 0 but I couldn't. I was first introduced Grace Pont by the hospital in Zephyrhills. The gentleman was bakers act. Grace Point used some of the hospital time for his 72 hours then transport from Zephyrhills to Tampa. Out of Pasco County. There were no beds available and had him sit in chair all night. (Him) my fiance. Very disappointed He stayed overnight and the doctor said he was fine. The judged baker act him. Never again.

If you love your family member or friend, do not send them here.

Especially if it's their first (and hopefully last) time being admitted to a psych facility.

This is not a place for the weak or soft and it is not a place that has a goal of helping their patients get better. I agree with the other review stating this is a holding facility, not a mental health facility.

As someone with now personal experience with only this facility and Baycare Tampa, please consider Baycare.

Still waiting for a call to be returned from the Supervisor Cassandra. I was told by staff that she would call me when I reached out for help yesterday for a loved one around 1 pm. 😕

My daughter was there for 24hrs not been seen from a doctor held in a lobby for the full 24hrs,slept in a chair and served tv dinners.Nurses weren't helpful and very rude.If someone you love is there or they are going it's not going to be the best care for them.

I meet my primary doctor. She is the best sofar. Was very attentive to all my concerns. Very professional. This was not one of the next patient please. Thanks for your help. On new meds couldn't sleep but my blood pressure is GREAT. Haven't felt this stood in a while😀

I was recommended to come here for Primary Care and honestly I wish I never was. The first time I came I was pushed medication that I said I didn’t want to take, the next time I went I felt dismissed by Dr. Syed. When I called at a later date and asked for a referral I was told they would send it and they never did. I was standing at the other dr office not able to be seen because the referral hadn’t come in, left messages got no call back and was told they leave at 4:30 even though it states they are open until 5. I’ll be going to see a different PCP!

I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it a zero. The place is absolutely horrible. It is not a mental health center for children it is a holding place. This center needs to be investigated and closed down. The staff seems nice and friendly BUT most unprofessional doctors and care ever!!
My love one came home misdiagnosed, not treated for the proper reason he was there, dehydrated from only offered tap water and meals on wheels to eat.
Do not allow your loved ones there if you are seeking real mental health treatment.

Well, after a busy morning at Gracepoint, I had to leave because of my neighbor, bringing his dog to the doctor appointment. Not realizing they do take 3 to 4 hours. That’s because doctors are always good with her patients like Miss Catherine I wanted to say this is a place to go. This is a place out that makes you feel better about yourself and they’re really really sweet people. They treat you like there’s nothing wrong with you and they make you leave with such a better perspective on life. I really appreciate caring doctors and nurses because they help me so much in my time of living and I really really mean that this is the place to go and mental health is so important today than I ever was I believe that the world needs to be a better place until then we need to take care of ourselves, so we can look at life in a better way yeah, through our own eyes with a better perspective and that you’ll get Right there is me after a long, hard day they had just to let me know if your having they think your not happy 😊 the sweetheart Supervisor will do everything and anything she can to make it even if it’s just a misunderstanding, and that was on my part but she and she made sure it was right, and that you don’t get from mini doctors and nurses and Gracepoint has the best of the best. The best nurse is the best doctors angels all from God on earth.
