My experience was very good. I was nervous about meeting a new therapist but surprisingly she made me feel very relaxed and I was able to open up and speak with her. I am looking forward to my next session and she promised to help me find a therapist that I can talk with. I haven’t been able to speak with a therapist in years. So I will be glad for this service.

If I could give more than 5 stars i would! This is the best experience I have had with psych care. I made an appointment 2 days ago and they were able to see me even earlier than planned. Everyone from the office to the doctors are extremely compassionate and helpful. Seriously wonderful people who care about ur mental health.

Been with this practice for a couple of years now- Great network of doctors, very professional and caring group of people. Olga and Stacey Mitchell are two of the most wonderful women I’ve met here! Very kind, caring, and nurturing practitioners I’ve met so far. Love them!

Also, I’ve had troubles with my insurance here and there, and Maria in the billing department always helps me out with patience and kindness. Love this place.

Had a televisit with Paul Davanzo at Good Health Psychiatric Services, and despite my tardiness (sorry again, life happened), the staff was still incredibly friendly and professional. Paul didn’t even make me feel bad about being late, which already earns him major points! His advice was spot-on—honest, straightforward, and exactly what I needed. I appreciate that he didn’t sugarcoat anything but delivered it with empathy. Definitely recommend Paul for anyone who needs real talk with a side of kindness.

I had a challenging experience with this clinic. When I needed to transfer my prescription due to a backorder, I was told I needed to schedule a new appointment, even though the prescription was still valid and had just been issued two weeks prior. This policy felt unnecessary for what should have been a simple request. Additionally, they require full payment upfront for both past and future appointments. While I understand the need to settle any outstanding balances before scheduling, requiring advance payment for future sessions made the process feel restrictive. That said, I had a great experience with Kathia Duverne-Douyon and truly appreciated her care. Unfortunately, the clinic’s policies made it difficult for me to continue as a patient, and I hope they consider improvements for a better overall experience for others. Until any changes, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I can't speak for the rest of the psychiatrists working at this clinic, but JANICE MORDI was not helpful at all. She didn't take my symptoms or disorders seriously, and spoke too fast for me to really hear her advice. I spent almost a year at this clinic with no progress made because my disorder wasn't taken as seriously. She never wrote accurate notes, and they often sounded dismissive. Not a good experience, I stopped my appointments months ago. Anyone that wants to visit this clinic, I would try a different psych.

I had a very good tele-visit with my provider. He was prompt and thorough and I felt that he listened to me, and was attentive to what I needed my therapist to do for me. I am very happy with Good Health Psychiatric Services.
