Avoid at all costs - staff are overworked and care very little about patients.

Less than an hour before my appt they called me saying my appt had changed from a physical one to a telephone call… as I was already on the way!

The staff blamed me as they ‘left a voicemail’ but I checked and had not received one. Tanya on the front desk was especially rude.

Terrible office that clearly needs better and more staff.

Doctor herself is fine. Her staff is trash. I went in for an annual and had a panel of bloodwork done. Made an appointment for a follow-up to talk about my results. Her office tried to charge me for the follow-up call. How the hell am I supposed to understand what my test results are if I didn't have a follow up to discuss said results? Trying to scam me by saying that was a separate appointment is really gross.
The office manager is greedy, shady and everything wrong in between. AVOID.

I am so grateful to have Dr Golshani as my primary physician. Before finding her, I was used to LA doctors who only spent ~10 min per visit and didn't really listen to their patients. Dr Golshani is so different - she is kind, patient, and compassionate. She would take all the time she needs to explain things to me (English is not my native language) and always provides extra tools or tips so that I can educate myself further after the visits. I have been seeing her for years. She keeps very detailed records of me, and would go through all my health problems during checkups. Sometimes I even forgot that I was bothered by certain minor issues the prior year, but she didn't.

Her office staff are also nice and polite. Usually I am able to make an appointment within a week and never had to wait much before seeing my doctor. Parking is easy for people who don't mind walking a little bit - a lot of free street parking on Spalding Dr.

Dr. Golshani is the absolute best. The woman literally saved my life in my very first visit. She actually took time to listen to my concerns, and treated me like what I was experiencing was real. She is genuinely caring, thorough, and detail oriented. She is excellent at synthesizing the information you gave her into a useful treatment plan, a characteristic which is all but extinct nowadays. I am so thrilled that I found her and I could not recommend her more highly. The office staff is also excellent, and they get things done very quickly and efficiently.

I’ve never left a review this fast but I have to say that Dr. Golshani has made me feel like no other doctor ever has! She is amazing and will listen to your concerns without judgment, will not make you feel rushed or like your crazy for worrying. I feel that this is truly the first doctor I’ve met who will talk to you and try to figure out how to feel at your optimal levels.
If you are like me and have been reading reviews trying to find your perfect doctor, Dr. Golshani is the best and I highly recommend her!
The staff was kind, the practice was modern and clean, waiting room small but there is at most one other person there. Parking is a bit hectic, but very easy to find everything!

The doctor is very nice, but her staff is TERRIBLE! First of all, the secretary is very rude, even with the doctor (I noticed by the time I was checking out from my appoinment). Also, the staff failed to respond a request from the insurance about an ultrasound that I needed ASAP, and when I called the office about it, the secretary told me that she would NOT contact the insurance because she was very busy. Never seen that before in my life. I filed a complaint with insurance and changed doctor right the way.

I've been seeing Dr. Golshani for almost 20 years now. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and truly cares for her patients. The office staff is very kind and helpful.
