I cannot say enough good things about this human being. He has really helped me in so many ways. I'm sad to see the bad reviews because Alex is truly a healer. It's gotten to the point where I see Alex before going to my regular doctors now. My husband sees him as well for back, shoulder, and neck pain. Alex has helped me after falling off my motorcycle and falling down on my roller skates, but he has also helped me manage menopause symptoms, anxiety, depression, insomnia, as well has helping me from having autism dysregulation. I'm sad to see there are bad reviews regarding customer service. I haven't had any bad experiences with Alex at all. I highly recommend him!

I typically don’t write bad reviews, but this is just beyond terrible customer service.

My aunt had a good experience with Alex so I’ve considered him , the first issue was he said to wash my hair the night before which I did but it didn’t dry enough for our 9 AM appointment which he seemed to be very upset with me, Start I lied to him and I washed it this morning. My hair is very long and very thick. Since It was a failure on his part to tell me to make sure my hair is dry for our appointment and he cannot do the hair sample. I convinced him to take the hair sample home, so my friend could help me with the sample.
The results came back. He seemed preoccupied and busy. Yes I know he had a family emergency but after that, he just seemed like he was too busy while talking to me on the phone, sold me abt $400 of vitamins.
I had to remind him a few times to send me the protocol via email so I can print it and be on top of the plan as well as his assessment of the hair analysis in writing which he also failed to do.

After receiving the vitamins…The first two weeks were great but the third week when I had to my my stomach hurts so bad I missed a day at work. I thought it was something I ate so I took the same dose the next day same thing happened when I called Alex . He says that I’m detoxing, which is really good but I need to take some thing called tummy com vitamin to ConTrac the terrible pain. I’m having I asked him. Why didn’t he include that in the $400 Package just in case I missed two days of work. I’m in Event Planner . If I don’t show up to an event, it doesn’t happen. This put my reputation my clients risk of having a terrible outcome at their event is typically a wedding.
Alex, when I asked him based on his knowledge of side effects, why didn’t he recommend certain things in case our stomachs get upset when we take 8 to 15 vitamins a day.

The worst part is he promised to me which I never got.it’s been over nine months. I still not received them. I reached out to him by email and asked him if they’re ever shipped, I never heard back from Alex.

I’m very disappointed as the holistic community is very small and it’s hard to find good people.

I have visited a variety of acupuncturists/healers of this type for about 30 years. Alex is one of the best I have ever been too!! He's very knowledgeable. I'm relaxed and comfortable being around him and he's great with the needles. His other techniques are quite effective too. He's got an amazing knowledge of physiology and is wonderful at explaining what's not working right in the body , how to heal it, and so much more. He's patient, kind, and a great listener. I have many friends who see him too and I have heard only wonderful things from them as well.

Alex is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how to heal and support it naturally. DR. Alex is amazing! He gave me my life back, and got me better! I had been battling adrenal fatigue from copper toxicity for 2 years. He truly healed me. He is an incredible healer! I have been going to Alex for sometime now for a pesky low back/left hip problem. I went through all the x-rays, mri's, spine specialists, pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy, etc.. and was unable to get relief. While my pain/issue is not 100% resolved it is for sure way better. Alex has been working so hard with me, making sure he doesn't miss anything. We have made a lot of progress as he is always staying on top of my signs and symptoms making sure not to miss anything. I am so grateful for Alex and his experience, and his caring attitude. I have been visiting Alex at the GWC for about a year now, and he has been a miracle worker for me! He takes the time to ask thorough questions and then gets to work in a methodical and efficient manner. He is my go-to for lower and upper back pain, typically starting out with massage/acupressure and then finishing with acupuncture. While I have tried other acupuncturists in the area, I have found Alex to be most effective in providing significant relief. Alex is WONDERFUL! I found him a few years ago through a Groupon and haven't bothered using another masseuse since. Although my first contact with him was for casual massages, I was in a traumatic car accident a year ago. I was suffering from severe whiplash and lower back pain. Alex's expertise in manual therapy and acupuncture, in addition to all the other amazing things he knows about the human body, has helped me regain my life again, literally. Besides being extremely proficient in his work, he is a genuinely kind and compassionate person. I not only enjoy our sessions together, I look forward to them.
