I’ve been to this location twice. First experience I waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen by the chiropractor. This raised red flags since my appointment time was at 8:30am and they open at 8am.. how are you running 45 minutes behind when you’ve only been open for 30 minutes. I also experienced a pounding headache later that evening. Today was a similar experience but waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I don’t have time to be wasting like this. If I as a patient was running 45-60 minutes late for an appointment, they would reschedule me, but of course there is no consideration for the patients when the doctor is running that far behind. The doctor is nice etc but that doesn’t excuse the time I am wasting in a waiting room just to be seen for maybe 5 minutes. After today, I decided I will travel to Modesto in hopes to have a better experience. I sure miss Doctor David at the other Ceres location, they lost an excellent doctor.

Initial app went good. Was so good to finally be heard about my concerns. Got prescription and was excited to possible have a solution. After 2 weeks of calling they have yet to fill out prior authorization for the prescription and I can’t afford to pay for the prescription out of pocket. CVS has sent the paperwork several times and this location has yet to respond. When I call I get, we’ll let the provider know, oh well escalate it. Mark it urgent.
And yet have heard nothing back.
Maybe they will see this review and Ill get my prescription.

Don’t waste your time making an appointment here especially if you’re employed! i’ve wasted 2 days of work coming in to be seen at this location with confirmed appointments and still haven’t been able to be seen. Office is a joke.

I was treated fairly after having a little confrontation with a nurse. After going back to the room. I was asked the question "Why are you here to be seen? " I started to answer because I had several important issues in which I needed medication and a medical diagnosis on a wound I had that was originally treated at the ER. I called to ensure that I would be able to address this issue previous to my appointment as directed by the ER. She informed me that the doctor would not be able to see me for that reason. Because my appointment was for a physical to establish care. As I was a new patient. I started to argue with her and tell I had called previously and was told I could receive care for this reason at this time. She said no you can only be seen now for your most urgent issues. I insisted again that I had called and what Ii had been informed. She rolled her eyes at me. I told ok that's great you rolled your eyes at me. She insisted she didn't and left the room. A moment later the clinic supervisor came in and took over doing what the nurse was doing, completing check in process for new patients. He was very kind, and accepting of my situation. Everything was very good after that, he explained that they are short staffed and unable to go over every issue I may have at this time. He was apologetic and understanding to my needs. I adjusted my priorities and we continued to work together to complete my medical history making it possible to see the doctor. The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable I left feeling grateful and satisfied for the care I received. There was a follow-up appointment scheduled to address my other needs and to follow-up on the medical recommendations received from the doctor to better my health. Including recommendations for the wound that was originally treated at the ER. This is a very good place!

Went there with the intention of making an appointment for my dad. I was helped by Bri who was really helpful and caring. Showed great professionalism and truly did anything to make sure we were good taken care of.

Communication continues to be a major issue. Can’t contact the clinics directly and all phone numbers go to the same call center. Messages take days to get a response and aren’t effective in certain situations. I would like to see an employee designated in each clinic to whom calls can be transferred to in situations such as time conflicts or medication requests.

Took my mom to golden valley in Ceres. Waited about an hour before being seen but i understand that there was only one doctor working. However, when we seen the dr, he was great. Such good service & friendly. Good doctors are hard to find and he was one of them. We would definitely go back.

Great place! The provider was super & staff was just as great. I was told to be there 15 minutes early but office did not open till 8am. The only improvement I suggest is that opening time & appointment center should be coordinated. And office staff should be ready to go at opening time. Social distancing was in place. Office had a good plan for keeping pens & such other items wipes down. Hand sanitizer being used. Masks being worn. All precautions were being used. I will ask to be sent back to this provider in the future.
