The front desk lady she’s rude and have attitude, and it takes so long for appointment dates just for a check up, and dental almost chocked me just for intraoral photograph.

Golden Valley medical Center Frustrated It should be open on Saturdays and Sundays at memorial Drive frustrated I’m in so much pain. I will not go to the hospital and wait for many hours for a doctor , I can’t drive all the way to Turlock for Urgent Care that’s open on Saturday and Sundays

It was my first time being seen there, I found the staff to be helpful and quick to complete my check-in process. I had changed my medical insurance from the previous month. I presented my new insurance card and she was quick to add it to the system without any problems, which I appreciated. I had a very short wait for the Doctor Bidhop's nurse to call me back to complete the check-in process. I then waited for Doctor Bishop who arrived in just minutes. She was very pleasant and thorough during her assessment. She was free to give helpful information of ways for me to improve my diagnosis. They made me an appointment to follow up with my primary care physician for pain management, And a follow up for Dr. Bishop. I was in and out of there within what seemed like 30 minutes, feeling completely cared for and in good hands. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Bishop.
