Today I had an appointment with my family doctor. It was my little girl's first meeting with her. She was very jerky. Her face was hard, uncooperative, and unkind. She suffocated inside the room because of the way she was treated. She was very solid in her dealings. She forgot that she was dealing with a family and a child in front of her. In this center, did you deal with my daughter because she wears the hijab, or what do you mean by the way we were treated?.... The center and the reception staff are very helpful and cheerful

Had an appointment @1530 showed @1500 as was directed to get paperwork situated. While waiting, people after me were getting seen before me. Even when people were showing up late, they were also getting seen before me. I ended up being the last to leave at closing time. If you’re reading this don’t go save yourself the time and energy.

The actual doctor was great! The overall clinic was not. My son was scheduled to come in at 11.45am, and they called to ask us to come in for an 11am instead. No problem. But then they made us wait until 11.45 anyway. Why not just let us keep the appointment?
Most other clinics provide masks when they are required inside. I found out that the mask I brought with me was dirty before I went in the clinic with the kids. The front desk asked in a very judgemental tone, with a frown on her face, if I had one in my car. I told her no, I didn't. "Well, next time, know that you are required to bring your own," as she hands me a disposable one. That was not stated in the any of the phone calls made by me or to me when the appointment was scheduled. Don't worry, there won't be a next time.

I called the phone number and they told me I could walk into any golden valley without an appointment. When I arrive they say I have to have an appointment. The lobby was completely empty. They did help me make an appointment at another health center but I wish they had just taken me in as my throat was closing up. The ladies at the computers do not care too much about your health or safety. It's just a job to them.

On Friday my daughter had her first appointment here and the medical assistant Lulu was very unprofessional and aggressive she tried checking my daughters blood sugars and she was yanking and pulling her arm which made my daughter even more freaked out and gave her a bruise after a few attempts she told my 6 year old “fine if that’s how you wanna be ima tell the doctor to send you to get lab work and it’s going to hurt even more” when she walked out of the room I can hear her and another girl laughing. The doctor came in the room and even told me she was sorry about that and was gunna be having a conversation with her supervisor don’t recommend this location.

Terrible front desk service. Don't expect a call back. I came in, girl in black hair was rude, eye rolling, and was very obvious she didn't want to help. Terrible front desk, eye rolling, rude tone, interrupting when I talked to her, yelling at me "oh I never said that!" Just plain rude. My daughter missed school because she never explained how doctor only comes in once a week. So they have 3 business days to get back to you meaning once a week counts as 1 day so that will take 3 weeks for them to return a phone call/or get back to you. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

My Daughter sees Dr. Badam, and let me say this lady is nothing less than amazing. She always hears us out and actually listens if we have any questions or concerns. I’m extremely happy to have her as my Child’s Doctor
