I have had the pleasure of working professionally with the Golden Care Team. Danny Zabaleta is professional, quick to respond and takes time to get to know the needs of the caregiver and client. They have a fantastic transitioning program that has helped many of our Alzheimer’s and Dementia residents have a smoother transition into our Memory Care community, Arden Courts of Fort Myers. Transitioning does not always require additional support, yet when residents need some one on one time to acclimate, Golden Care is the service we recommend. They are open to shorter time frames,and work diligently to find the perfect caregiver.Their caregivers are trained, compassionate caregivers.

I had the pleasure of having services provided for my mom while in Naples for my destination wedding, I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for the care she received from the coordination of services, to the aide assigned and the follow up phone calls, all of it was handled with the utmost professionalism, kindness, efficiency and caring manner. As an RN coordinator of care, having worked in the industry for over 15 years myself, I knew how important it was to choose the best agency to provide the care and companion my mom needed in such an important day. Golden Care did not skip a beat, Claudia ( the aide assigned) was compassionate, caring and professional. I highly recommend this agency for you will not be dissapointed. "Golden Care" has been true to its name for us! My mother, age 92, broke her ankle and required surgery. A few days later, my husband (age 69), who also suffers from Parkinson's Disease and kidney failure, broke his hip. When they returned home from the hospital, we turned to Golden Care to provide home care. We found them to be professional, proactive, well managed and flexible. Their communication is both reliable and prompt. Adam immediately put together a team that would best match our needs...and so they did! They are well trained, compassionate, patient and supportive. Golden Care has exceeded our expectations and has earned our highest praise! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Having parents transition from being independent to now relying on help is stressful (especially when they don't live nearby), however working with the Golden Care team made things so much easier and put our minds at ease. We can't say enough wonderful things about Golden Care. From the first phone call with Adam who made the process understandable and easy to Julie who made scheduling aids seamless, the entire process was amazing! I only wish this team of professionals were located in PA as well as FL!!

I highly recommend Golden Care! from the beginning when I first called they were so accommodating, Adam came out and met with me and my family to find out our needs and he was super helpful even with things I had going on in rehab before I came home. He took his time explaining everything and making sure he understood what I needed, I had two different girls that came out and both were amazing. always on time and made me feel comfortable. I even had a visit with a gal from the office about halfway thru just to make sure that my needs were being met and that I was happy with the service and to make sure I didn't need anything else. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Golden Care was such a blessing during a very difficult time for our family. We found ourselves suddenly needing assistance with our loved one and everyone was so helpful and kind.They not only took great care, but they were excellent communicators and sent me text updates so that I could relax a little while at work knowing everything was ok. Now that all is better and we only need a little help, we have set it up so that someone will come once a week to help with various tasks like shopping, laundry, etc. Highly recommend!

Golden Care is one of the most responsive, caring and compassionate service providers I have ever encountered. I am so grateful to have been referred to them and for the support they have provided over the last 4 months, not only to my Mom, but to me personally as I tried to navigate her care traveling in/out of town.

Adam Corcoran is so much more than the Director of Business Development. From the time we first met him while she was in rehab and to this day, he has continued to go above and beyond to help us with things outside of Golden Care's scope (i.e. helping get her LTC claim filed, providing us with endless resources for everything we mentioned we might need or were worried about , answering my texts at all hours, making calls to healthcare professionals on our behalf and basically just being an amazingly compassionate human!).

Maria has also been fabulous in handling all the scheduling for the caregivers. She is always so responsive and flexible in accommodating requests and reacts quickly when needs change unexpectedly.

Thank you Golden Care for being the bright spot in the middle of some very physically/emotionally draining times over the last several months. It's never easy navigating healthcare issues and providers so it has been so heartwarming to know that there are still people in the industry who genuinely care and make the time to understand the specific needs of their clientele.
