The doctor thoroughly explains the science behind diets and nutrition. Why fads only work short-term and exactly what you need to do that does work and always will. I am also getting the vitamin B shots which has given me more energy. I can do things after all day at a desk again. Everyone has been professional and pleasant.

I got a Groupon. The other reviews here that are negative are spot on. They kept refusing to help me lose weight because I have high blood pressure even though I take medicine for it and it's under control. So I wasted all of my time, and money. They kept making appointments for me to come back to try again and finally I realized they were never going to do anything. They just kept trying to upsell me.

The staff is amazing. I have lost 25lbs so far and working my way on dropping another 25lbs. The Dr. and ladies in the office are always willing to answer any questions and go out of their way to make you feel like a part of a family. I definitely recommend coming here to achieve any weight loss goal.

I purchased a Groupon for this location and the receptionist gave me a difficult time in booking an appointment. As I read the policy and knew that I cannot use a Groupon within the last six months of a previous purchase. The last time I visited one of the locations had been over six months. She could not refund my money or schedule an appointment. Initially she put me on hold and then hung up on me and then referred me to another location where I purchased a Groupon over six months ago. She was unfriendly and not willing to assist me. I’m calling my bank to cancel this purchase. I believe this is the worst experience I’ve ever had on this Groupon site.

It was the worst experience ive ever had. The office was dirty the secretary was the nurse, she couldn't do either job well at all. Connie was incompetent i just went in for a b12 shot, she didnt even put iodine or alcohol on the injection site. I gave her my driver's license twice she never gave it back i was stuck in another city for a week with no drivers license because she was to busy to give it back the second time i gave it to her. There was nobody in the office at all and she was training a new receptionist and obviously couldnt handle the pressure. When i called when i got to Orlando after trying to check in my hotel and asked if she still has my Drivers liscence she laughed and said oh i was just going to call you yes i have it i put it on the counter, well i took it off the counter once already you would think after rushing me in the room giving me a shot and rushing me out she could have at least givin it back to me. She never even looked at my chart. When i called about it she just didnt care at all i asked to talk to a supervisor and of course that person was to busy, i left a message still no return call. I had to have my girlfriend pic up my Drivers license and overnight it to me, i asked them to do it they refused not only was the place dirty and empty but the secretary/ nurse was incompetent and didnt even care. I bet she isnt even licensed. So call me Karen this place is the worst i have ever experienced

I started about 3 months ago I started at 236lb and now i'm down to 197lb which I am extremely happy about since I just had a baby and was not getting any result by just dieting. this program they have is really great and it really works. my goal is 180lb and im sure ill reach it! thanks!
