My experience at the office is beyond what any words can say I haven't coming for many years when I first started they took my insurance and it was great and then one day they had to stop taking my insurance and being a broke single mother with no income I still on the way and so today to make sure I can still stay with them and make it completely affordable for me because I was so comfortable with them in the whole team they are all incredible. I see Cassandra Costa and I couldn't ask for a better doctor if my life depended on it I have never felt more comfortable with somebody and open it up about my past and present situations wanted her hard easy embarrassing side whatever the case is she makes me feel 100% at ease and comfortable with everything I have to say and I don't have to hold back nothing. The whole team is great the responses are quick I can text we need it and get an answer back ASAP if there's an issue they go above and beyond to try to fix it I couldn't ask for better service. I could never find another doctor's office to replace this one if my life depended on it because it's just all around amazing service. Doctor Cassandra Acosta is kind, loving, patient, easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and always has the most easiest and best solution to whatever you're dealing with whether it's my past present or my future I trust speaking with her more than anybody else I wish I had her personal number and can call her everyday but I could LOL. I am 100% happy with the service that I provide as a patient at this facility. You guys have put together an amazing team I wouldn't change the thing. I miss my therapy sessions however because I don't have insurance I cannot have them any further which is upsetting because I got close to my therapist even doctor Gomez himself listens to me when I see him before I got used to seeing Cassandra he was just as kind loving and patient and always so aesthetic and had such empathy towards whatever you're dealing with as well as she does. All I can say is I hope I continue going there for as long as possible I have no intentions I want to see other position I am extremely happy with their service I feel safe they make me feel comfortable and I always know I'm going to be taking care of in a kind and appropriate manner. I wish them all the best and I am happy to be able to continue my journey and see where else being a patient there takes me in my future. Dr. Gomez and his NP are amazing! They are patient, can answer all your questions, Dr. Gomez is actually up to date with the FDA studies and news, he does not rush you, excellent listener, and he actually realizes that medications and medical bills can add up. Not many doctors care about the costs of the medications they prescribe or even keep this in mind when they think about there patients but he does! He keeps in mind the costs and if there is another medication that is cheaper he will also discuss that with you. I was really scared to see a psychiatrist the very first time. He takes all your fears away. Unfortunately, he only sees you at your first appt. But his staff are trained under him and i really like his NP Cassandra. She does not rush you, asks you questions, you can ask her as well and she adjusts your medication accordingly if needed. I am VERY picky with who I select, so that fact that i was feeling happy and excited for maybe getting a chance to feel fully like my self again- says a lot.

Just because Doctors do have busy schedules, I recommend writing down all your questions and what ever you want help with or are struggling with down before your appt. And your pharmacy information.

Don't feel like they deliver value to the customer.

Looking back, the doctor sold me on the practice than handed me off to a less experienced nurse.

Cancelled an appointment on me when I was seeing how much i needed to move on.

Find a better psychiatrist practice that won't treat you like a number...

Horrible experience prior to my appointment. It felt like I was getting harassed to put in my credit card information. After receiving the third call of the day at 1:19 pm, I told them to cancel the my appointment.

This practice does an exceptional job at providing good customer service. Communication with the front office is done mainly through text which makes it super convenient during working hours and visits with my nurse practitioner are done through telehealth which is even more convenient. If I have any issues I can just text the office and they are quick to respond. Very good with confirming my appointments or if there are any issues with my insurance they let me know right away.
