Gina is wonderful. She takes the time to explain everything and knows you are the expert of you. She is there to provide a holistic approach to your health plan and offer her knowledge but does not push medications or diagnoses on you! It’s a humane to human experience! Very satisfied with her as my provider.

Our last two appointments with Gina have been by telephone, which is very convenient considering the COVID pandemic. My husband is Gina's patient and she allows me to participate in the appointments at my husband's request. I feel very comfortable with her on the telephone or in her office. Our last telephone appointment was Sept. 8. She is so good at listening and guiding us through solutions. For example, after my husband told Gina about some neurological tests he is having and why, she started asking him questions and looking at his medical records on the computer files. She found information on a CT scan he had in 2018 which she told us about. No doctor had given us this information before so that will give us the opportunity to discuss the CT scan results with my husband's neurologist which might give him additional information that could be helpful. This shows that Gina makes extra efforts to become more familiar with her patient's needs.

When you're opening up to your psychiatrist about your issues and concerns, you should be listened to and have understanding expressed towards you. Gina is extremely condescending, she makes a lot of facial expressions that suggest distaste and disbelief in the patient. Gina told me during today's visit that something I was diagnosed with was not true. I was diagnosed after thorough testing by actual mental health professionals in Seattle. I am genuinely shocked someone like her is working in this field. I feel sorry for any of her patients whose concerns are ignored.
