My cloud lift chair needed some repair. I talked with Mrs. Gillette yesterday ,10/17 and her son Ross came out this morning 10/18 and figured out how to repair it. Even went to Lowe’s to get a part he needed. Excellent service. Love my Cloud.

Bought a new house finding out we had a flood problem and the septic ends up floating when it rains hard. Had to find a bedside commode for my disabled husband ASAP so it had to be just so. Called all over the city. Came across these folks and talk about helpful and friendly. Their store is nice and neat and stocked with all types of equipment - I will be going back!

The most unprofessional business I have ever been into. Wouldn't allow me to look at what was in stock. Talked among themselves about how incompetent my doctor was at fillingoutmy prescription. Completely disregarded me as a customer with a prescription in hand. The worst part is, I'm still in need of having my prescription filled.

This place has unbelievable customer service!! I was in need of important medical equipment but the store was closed upon arrival so I called them for assistance and they came and opened the store so I could purchase what was needed. I don't know to many companies who can compete with this customer service.
