Oh my goodness, I am utterly and completely astounded! My heart aches with disbelief! Here I am, juggling not one, but TWO different insurance plans, diligently reaching out ahead of time to inform them about my prescribed needs, only to be met with the most shocking and infuriating refusal to honor what should have been a straightforward transaction! This entire ordeal has felt like an agonizingly cruel farce, a complete and utter waste of my precious time!

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone! They spun a web of deceit, luring me all the way here with sweet promises, only to reveal a staggering, mind-boggling reality where their prices are not just a little inflated, but THREE times higher than what I could find elsewhere! It’s simply outrageous! My heart races with frustration, and my spirit is weighed down by the sheer madness of it all!

To anyone considering this place, I implore you—DO NOT set foot here! I can only wish and fervently hope that this disreputable place meets its demise, fading into oblivion where it rightfully belongs!

Terrible customer service. Rude attendant told me not to take photos, but I was just replying to a message from my employee. He didn’t let me check my phone to confirm the info and asked me to stay away from the products near the cash register. I was just browsing the shelves! Products overpriced—found one for $89 here, only $19 on Amazon. Awful experience, never going back! Will warn all my doctor friends in town.

I’d just been told by my doctor to get Wrist Brace(s) for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I was leaving his office and called this company to confirm if they had this type of item in stock and what the price range was. The person who answered the phone said they have them, but they don’t give quotes over the phone. He refused to give me at least an idea how much these things go for. I looked up the next closest medical supply, Bailey’s Medical Supplies, called them, and they provided great information. I drove a couple miles down the road to Bailey’s Medical Supplies and was easily able to get what I needed at a reasonable price. Bailey’s provided great customer service to me. Thanks again

Horrible representative that didn’t even want to help me. Very upsetting due to we used to get items from the former owners who were very attentive and knowledgeable. I will never go back to this company!

Such rude people. I took my mom in to try walkers. The gentleman was really not wanted to help fit my mom or adjust height. When she said she felt uncomfortable there, I went to take a picture of one she liked and both the employees aggressively approached us and accused me of coming in just to 'test drive', which was not the case. I decided to find the item online and then realized the reason for their attitudes. The walker they were selling for 699.00 is available for under 300.00. Shame on them for scamming older people.

Update: I read your response to my review and you are ABSOLUTELY lying! We were there for a maximum of 15 minutes and probably closer to 10 minutes, if that. My mom walked with 2 walkers and you were walking with us. I asked if it could be adjusted to her height and YOU, sir, moved the upwalker one notch down as it was not initially even on both sides. My mom wanted to leave because you acted bothered by us and that is when I was going to take a picture of the 2nd walker so I could see the dimensions of it (as I told you we needed a narrow one). Y'all became aggressive and said 'we know what you're doing' and 'you can't test drive'. We were there only to hopefully purchase a suitable walker for my mom. I'm shocked you would lie to make us look bad. Shameful!

Was in town helping my brother relocate from PA to Palm Bay. Lost all my ostomy supplies while moving. Had nothing. I was 35 miles driving distance and made it to the store at 510. Ms Ivette waited an extra 20 minutes for me to arrive and was extremely helpful with assisting me with finding what I needed. I am so pleased and appreciative Ms.Ivette🙏🏾❤️Did i mention shes soooo beautiful 😍lol. No, but seriously 10/10 stars! Thank you again! Highly recommend!

I wish I could give negative stars, I was given the wrong phone number by my pharmacy, the guy that answered the phone was rude as hell after I apologized and explained what happened.
