A Perfect Stay – Beautiful Rooms, Delicious Breakfast, and Outstanding Staff!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough! The beautifully remodeled waterfront room was simply breathtaking—modern, spacious, and offering stunning views that made every morning feel magical.

The free continental breakfast exceeded all expectations, with a fantastic selection of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot coffee that provided the perfect start to each day.

What truly set this stay apart, however, was the amazing staff. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

If you're looking for a top-notch stay with unbeatable views, fantastic amenities, and outstanding service, this is the place to be! I can't wait to return

We stayed here for 2 nights for a bit of a rest during a bike packing trip.
The rooms are absolutely gorgeous!
Comfy, clean, gorgeous beds, great shower, very good quality room facilities. Best part, the view!
Such a treat to lay in bed looking at the water.
Great food, atmosphere, beach and brilliant staff who worked really hard whilst still being friendly and attentive.

My partner and I traveled in mid-January to this place after receiving recommendations from friends in Montreal. We were pleasantly surprised, as we rented one of their private cabanas. It was an experience we will definitely repeat, as both the cleanliness and service were excellent.

There, we met a very polite and friendly young man named Igor. His customer service was exceptional, and he gave us great recommendations on places to visit during our trip.

The location was perfect for truly disconnecting from the noise of a big city—an excellent choice if you’re looking for relaxation.

The restaurant offered delicious food and drinks with a great price-quality ratio.

Once again, a big thank you to Igor for his outstanding service. 5 stars, 5 diamonds !!

I did not rent here so I’m not mentioning the rooms. I will say that the resort was amazing. Food was super . Service was great. Atmosphere was that much better because of the live band. I’ve been here before but it’s just special when that vibe is consistent. Love Gilbert’s!!

Our server krystal was the best!!! We sat by the beach area. Food and drinks were on point, loved the atmosphere, and had pleasant music. Overall, it was a great experience. Will definitely return.

Gilbert’s Resort in Key Largo was the perfect stop on a beautiful day. After a long motorcycle ride through the Keys, we were both ready for good food and a relaxing vibe, and this spot delivered. The location is stunning, with that laid-back Keys atmosphere you can’t beat. The food was tasty and filling—just what we needed—and the drinks were exactly the kind you’d hope for at a beachside restaurant. The live band brought great energy, and the atmosphere was ideal for the time of day. The service was fast, too. We’re so glad a friend recommended this place—it’s definitely a must when visiting the Keys!

Fun place to spend the afternoon. We enjoyed a delicious dinner on the beach watching the sunset. The waitress did a good job keeping all the glasses for our large group full. Food was delicious with huge portions. We ranged in age from teens to grandparents and everyone enjoyed the music and atmosphere! Win!!!

Gilbert's was packed on the weekend, so we opted to go for lunch during the weekday. The place is HUGE! We sat at the bar, Rebecca the bar tender was delightful. We had the shared cold platter for two. Smoked fish dip, ceviche, oysters and peel and eat shrimp. Delicious. Best cheviche I've ever had. Apparently they have music on the weekends and that is why it gets crowded. We would go regualrily if we lived closer.
