I met Dr. Gagan Deep Singh during my visit. He was very thorough during my checkup. He went over every detail of my previously reported ailments and the prescription medicines I was taking. He enquired into my lifestyle and had good suggestions for incremental changes. He has a very pleasant personality. Overall it was a satisfying experience.

I really like being able to walk into the clinic when I need. They always answer the phone when I call. I don't have to wait endlessly on hold. I needed a medication refill and was given a telephone appointment in less than an hour. The staff up front and the doctors are always very helpful and very good!

Great experience. Came at 530pm on a Thursday for a sinus infection. The front staff was efficient and friendly. Didn't wait long for the doctor, maybe 5 minutes. Doctor was efficient, and she listened to me, and before I knew it I was on my way to the pharmacy. Maybe 15 minutes total until I was out the door. Best of all, they accepted medi-cal FFS, which all of the places with >=4.8 stars don't.

For a quick visit this place worked great for me.

For it being the location of my primary care and sending me to specialists. It has performed really bad imo. There seems to be a lack of communication between them and the specialists office which means I have not been able to see them.

Update: I went in for ear pain and ringing. The doctor walked in thinking I was there for a different reason. After stating my reason. She began to ask me incredibly personal questions about my life that had nothing to do with ear pain and never explained why they were asked.

Zero Stars! Worst experience ever! The ladies up front were fine, the fake doctor was very unprofessional, I wish I could have got his name but I was so thrown off on how unprofessional he was. When he first entered the room, I told him EXACTLY what I wanted, he couldn't even look me in my face while talking, there was no eye contact what so ever. I was already there for a sensitive topic and he made it no better and I was very uncomfortable. He then told me they couldn't help me and that he would refer me to another location. He gave me the contact information, I called today and made an appointment and they told me, they couldn't help with the procedure I wanted. HOW EMBARASSING , this fake doctor is "referring" me to these places that cant even help me. So now I'm calling around trying to help myself because he did such a horrible job at helping. 0/10 stars. Would not recommend this location

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The front staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and easy. The medical assistant was kind and attentive, and the doctor took the time to listen and provide excellent care. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of urgent medical attention!
