I wish I could say my experience here was a good one, The MA was not helpful at all! She seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. I got referred to a get an Ultrasound and the technician was 10x nicer than this place, explained everything, and made me fell comfortable and this was just an ultrasound. I got my first Pap smear here and there was no information given to me about what was going to happen, or how the procedure was and I definitely let the MA now I didn’t really know about pap smears. After the procedure the MA and doctor left the room and don’t even tell me where a restroom was or give me something to clean myself. They didn’t even let me finish filling out my information, I just left the room and no one said anything if I could leave or “your good to go have a good day” NOTHING. The only question the doctor asked me if I smoked and after I said yes, he seemed bother and everything else after that felt rushed. I’m hoping no one else has to experience something like this, experiences like this makes people not comfortable going to the doctor.

Dr Radlauer has been my doctor for 15 years. He is very straight forward and always proactive about your health. He listens and addresses all my concerns. He is a kind and compassionate person and is it has a direct impact on his dr patient relationship. All around great doctor. And...AND, for the first time in a long time his office staff is amazing. They are great communicators and have great response time and follow through. If you need a great doctor with an amazing staff give Dr Radlauer and his team a chance to win you over too.

Best Doctor in apple Valley, he has service me & my husband over 10 yrs, I have recommended so many people when they first go their they complain because Doctor
Make you take test for everything pertaining to your body after their first visit
They said the same thing as I’ve been saying he take care of his Patients he’s direct and don’t beat around the Bush. The He has been part of my Family over ten years Medically, spiritually, mentally.
I Love him as my Brother, Doctor, friend, and every one in the office no it, we laugh, I fuss, I cry when he get on me. But the staff know it all in Love, they laugh at both of us, wish we had more People, Doctors who really are into his patients health and make sure you do the right thing nurse are family too very professional and kind we need more Doctors and Nurses like these people in the Health care. I’m Glad we got the Best
Doctor & Staff cause Dealing with a Brian Aneurysms is up & down you never know what to expect.
