For years I have been looking for a gym to go work out. I have been going to the endocrinology doctors appointments to see if I have been gaining or losing weight. I have been changing the way I eat. And I found the wellness center to go work out so that I can lose weight. I have lost 9 pounds since I have been going to the gym. Thank you for being the best people I have been taking their classes and they had been helping me out with it. Thank you Rachel, Ms. Jennifer helping me out with it. You guys are the best..

People are always friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of equipment, a couple of machines need some maintenance, but seems common o most gyms. Classes are offered for a variety of levels of fitness and interests.

I was in the rehabilitation center. Dillon and Matt are great physical therapist, and great staff. They want you to get well and listen to you on all your needs pains and they are flexible with your schedule.
