Extremely disappointed with the service at Dr. Taj’s office. My wife’s MRI has been rescheduled four times with no explanation or communication. We’ve tried calling multiple times neither we nor our insurance provider can get anyone to pick up the phone. This kind of disorganization and lack of basic responsiveness is unacceptable, especially when dealing with patients’ health. Would not recommend.

Super easy to make appointments, never a long wait time. Very accommodating with rescheduling appointments if needed, doctor.Tash Is super nice, takes this time to really listen and explains things well!

I've been a patient of Dr. Ward since he joined Genesis and I have received excellent care from him and his staff. I have found that the best way to communicate with the doctor is through the portal. Scheduling and care have never been an issue. All medical information is accessible through the portal. I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. Ward. They are the best.

I have been with dr ward for over a year .I feel very comfortable with the dr he keeps me on track very informative on all health issues.all staff are very helpful.

Dr. Taj. has always been a Great provider for the past 10 years. Now since Genesis Medical Group took over. The service has gone down the drain. When i call the office during working hours i get the answering machine. i have tried calling numerous times within the hour and still get a recording. Does anyone work there. I got billed on services i did not received was not there on the day services were rendered. This will be my last appointment so i can get my medication prescribed. Once again Dr. Taj is a great Dr., but the service is the WORSE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.

Very unprofessional and unempathetic office. Followed Dr. DC Ward from Cibolo and was treated very poorly not only by the receptionist who continued to yell my personal health information to the fellow patients in the waiting area but by my doctor who I’ve been seeing for over three years now. Was also ridiculed for showing up just on time to a 7:30am doctors appt in which I wasn’t seen until 8:30am and was advised to show up 15 minutes sooner next time or simply “find another doctor if I did not agree with the 15-minute early arrival time.” I advised my doctor I didn’t mind showing up early but that particular morning I was sick (hence the reason for my sick appt) and I also had a sick child so I “was running late” and showed up right at 7:30am. Would not recommend!
