I've been going to Genesis Clinic in Costa Mesa for 4 months now for my treatments, and the experience has been incredible!! From the very first consultation, Andrea was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, guiding me through the process with clear explanations, and is very genuine.

My mother has Neuropathy treatment at Westshore twice a week. I must say we have never been to a more accommodating medical office. From the front desk, the therapists and management, everyone is so personable, friendly and patient. It is a pleasure to come here. We have noticed vast improvement in my mom's mobility and pain management. Thank you Westshore for always making us feel like family. Two thumbs up!! Was waaaaaay over charged for Semaglutide, and I mean WAY over charged. Maybe I wouldn't have been as upset if their semaglutide actually worked (I was taking it from another clinic and it worked for me from them) but I came to Genesis and ended up GAINING 4 pounds! I think they use a weak formulation and you are getting barely any semaglutide and mostly just B12. I feel upset and like I got scammed.

First off, i am very shy person but genesis made me feel so comfortable and at home.
Everyone from mark mey, and Andrea made it feel so at home. I did not feel uncomfortable or awkward talking about my issue. Mark was professional and persist with the procedure
Above all i one hundred percent recommend to anybody dealing with this issue. I had no knowledge of this procedure but mey gave me the run down from a to z
