Where do I begin, Dr. Jay and his TEAM has been taking care of father-inlaw for several years now. Over time I got involved in his care as he got older and couldn't drive anymore. At first I was just his driver and a second pair of ears to hear what Dr. Jay was instructing my then 83 year old father in-law to do and what meds to take. As he got older and his health issues became more debilitating I became his primary care giver at home. Dr. Jay and his staff and I would work together coming up with treatment plans and referrals to address his several serious conditions. Always professional, caring, at all times putting his healthcare sucess as a priority. Never rushed us out of the office, spending quality time helping him (very old school Midwesterner who is very hard of hearing) and me understand complex medical conditions and the proper specialist to address his many conditions. Used his knowledge and relationships in the central Florida medical community to find the very best, Neurologist, Hematologist, Wound Care, Gastrointestinal, Cardiology, Kidney, Dermatology, home healthcare, you name it Dr. Jay and the team know who to go to and who not to go to. Referrals and Perscriptions are called in and followed up on in rapid succession. I think if you've read this far then you realize how special this Doctor and his entire staff really is. Our family has lived in this area since the early 70s and we have seen a lot of physicians come and go. This level of professionalism and honest thoughtfulness, concern and attention to detail is very hard to come by. You will not regret making the change or spending any time with this office. They will make you feel special and like family. If it wouldn't take them away from the community I'd suggest they start another business teaching medical professionals and their office teams how to treat, talk to, and care for people. If I could give ten stars I would. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

First, I would like to say thank you to Jessie and Jessica for all their help today at my appointment. However, when I first arrived and spoke with the front desk rep ( Haleigh ), I wasn't greeted and had to wait for almost 15 mins before even being acknowledged. Once she called me to the window, she was very rude and almost interrogating me in regards to my appointment. I mentioned having a future, but different kind of appt, which would be in about a week, she refused to have both appointments taken care of even after getting the go ahead from Jessie.

I really liked Dr. Jay. What a shame I can't go there anymore. I haven't had decent medical care in seven years until I went to Genesis Family practice. I still need a biopsy of the tissue in my throat. I'm hoping that it's not cancer and if it is it's benign. OH well go figure. I guess I'll have to figure it out.

Dr. Jay is an amazing doctor that I highly recommend. He really listens to your concerns and treats you fairly. My favorite thing is that he is a no nonsense doctor. He tells it like it is, the good and the bad. I can always rely on him for the truth and really respect his medical advice and opinions. He cares about you as a human being. Additionally, everyone from the front desk to the nurses are great and friendly people and really do a great job of handling things.

Dr Jay , Jessie and his staff have been there for me In so many ways of getting me healthy physically and mentally . He's always a straight shooter which I like because I rather have a Dr that is there for me and my health than there for a payment.. he will tell you first hand he appreciates you and he truly listens to you !! Many Drs are always in a rush plus trying to build the numbers up with patients seen only but with Dr Jay and everyone in the office they are there for you and nothing else but giving great health care !! ..I've had many Drs in Mt 59 years of life and can honestly say I look forward to my appointments & his advice !

I have been going to Dr Jay for years and he is wonderful I am now off blood pressure medicine because he helped me to lose weight and make me feel better he always notices things and checks you out he saw something on my face sent me to a dermatologist and found out I had skin cancer I have seen many doctors for many things but he always listens to me and does something about it other doctors just continue with the same treatment whereas he sends me a specialist to see what's wrong I love Dr j and Jesse and the rest of the crew thanks guys for caring

I went for a regular checkup. Dr Jay walked in and noticed what I thought was a pimple on my chest and told me to get it checked immediately. Good thing I did because it was a squamous cell carcinoma, cancer! I had it removed right away and am cancer free. So grateful to Dr Jay. He is thorough, caring, and patient. We all need a Dr Jay in our corner.
