I’ll make this short and sweet. The front receptionist team is great! Absolute sweethearts and professional, as well as my Dr. Now, i have a specific complaint about Natalia, Natalie however it is you spell or say her name. She had me in a room for over 30 MINUTES after telling me she’d be right back just to get blood work. Seems to have passed by her head that we have jobs as well. I was there for a total of almost 3 hours. I understand it gets busy, but for a check up and blood work to be that long is beyond me. Not to mention, I DIDNT EVEN GET MY BLOOD WORK DONE! Highly disappointed.

Zero Stars !!! Elizabeth the office manager is rude and has no care or compassion for patients as well as her colleagues. I had a 230 appt today for my child. He has been waiting to get a physical for weeks since he came from out of state. We were given the 2623 S. Seacrest Blvd suite 112 address. Once we were informed ,after waiting for intake with another patient, we were at the wrong office, we were given the correct address. 709 S Federal hwy suite 3 “2nd fl”. The office staff at Seacrest called and explained we were at the wrong office and were on our way. As I was driving to the next location I received a call from 709 S Federal saying they would have to reschedule because we were a 1/2 hour late. I explained we were not and it was now only 20 mins and the staff had contacted their office about the mix up and we were in transit. The office mgr. Elizabeth said the Dr. was leaving and they couldn’t not take my child and I needed to reschedule and the next appt is 30 days from now. I asked “ Why would your office tell us to come first and then you call and cancel, and it’s not even 30 mins?” She said it’s too late and the Dr. is leaving. Explained that we have waited a month for the appt. shouldn’t the concern be for the child’s education? She said her CEO is Sienna and there’s nothing she can do. Didn’t offer an emergency appt on tomorrow or anything sooner or and alternate office. She treated us like trash so she and the Dr. could leave for the day. I have never experienced such poor phone etiquette. The mistake was on their staff, I physically had the address written down that the person called to set up the appt. gave . No one took responsibility for their mistakes and could care less if my child loses a month of education due to there negligence. I can’t even begin to imagine the bedside manners, if this is how they treat you before you even become a patient. Stay far away from this place

Dr. Sonia Mejía Cuellar is an exceptional person, she really cares about your health and listens to your concerns. It is a pleasure to have doctors like her, it gives me peace of mind to know that I am in her hands.

My experience with the staff and Dr. Ducille was great for my first time visiting. Upon arriving I was greeted with friendly smiles and accommodating services on getting me ready for my appointment. Everyone was polite and professional. Dr. Ducille is the first doctor I’ve met in a long time that took her time to listen and make as many notes as necessary to insure I was being properly treated and cared for. That means a great deal to me and my wife! I’d definitely recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Sonia Cuellar Mejia, she been my primary doctor for over 8yrs. She is a great doctor she spends time with you to listen to what's ailing you, she also tries to help you with any other problems like depression which I was having a serious problem with. So if you're looking for a new primary care doctor I would highly recommend her.

I should have listened to the reviews doctor Williams is ghetto trash with a medical degree 2 of my appointments where canceled after 2 hours of waiting. Her assistant finally said she wasn't available. After several attempts I took an alternative route I made the mistake of going back to her she denied ever canceling my appointments saying I never showed up. If you find yourself in the waiting room for hours just know it's because she's busy on her phone making sure her son does his homework. I heard her from in the exam room where I waited for almost 30 minutes while she planned her weekend. Totally unprofessional. Then she was just rude and wasted my time anyway.

I bring my son here. The staff is always pleasant. Especially Clara. She always goes above and beyond. In this day and age that is very rare to come by. I hope Genesis knows they have a true asset in Clara.
