Dr. Arangorin please read what the people who interact with your employees have to said about your employees. I was reading the reviews before I wrote this complain. I spoke to Catherine with C and was an awful experience. She send us documents from another company and even when she said she understands what I said she resends the incorrect document. Someone who have that kind of disrespectful attitude is like a car with a flat tire, it doesn’t allow you to go anywhere.

Dr A & staff always take care of my medical issues. I've gone to this office for years, had to stop once, due to insurance changes but returned ASAP. This office treats you like a person--not a number & also help you keep costs down.

my mother in law went in on nov 15th to get a breast scan of a lump that appeared on her breast. we were told we’d hear back in 1-3 days. after over a week, I called the doctors office this morning and asked them what their turn around time was for results. I was asked if I went in for tests and told the gentleman that took my call it was my mother in law. after getting her birth year wrong 3 times, he told me he had someone in the system with her name, with the correct birth date. after I confirmed that it was in fact her, he proceeded to tell me what test she got done, when she came in and her ENTIRE test results. I am grateful that all was normal, but was ASTONISHED at the lack of communication and overall confidentiality. I will be taking my MIL elsewhere.

You can't find a practice like this anymore. Dr. Arangorin takes the time needed with his patients and follows up. The staff is equally important if not more so. This is the best staff of any practice I have ever been a patient of. It's expected to get calls about upcoming appointments, but to get calls returned quickly, and for the staff to be proactive is unheard of. They are truly the best!

My reviews keep being deleted so I will keep posting them.

This office NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have spent the past 2 days calling the office back to back to back, over 15 times. I finally was able to get through to someone, and they immediately put me on an almost 10 minute hold. I hung up, tried to call back, and again NO ANSWER!!!!!!! Trying to make an appointment here is IMPOSSIBLE. Save your time and energy and look elsewhere.

EDIT: after FINALLY having my call answered, I asked if there's a better number to call to be able to reach someone in office quickly. The front desk girl was EXTREMELY condescending and rude; "Well... like... our voicemail box also works, sooo....." were her exact words to me after I've told her I've spent the last 2 days calling. After informing her that I have already left TWO VOICEMAILS with NO CALL BACK, she goes ahead and drops the "Well...like....I'm here by myself.... so..." Can't even go 2 seconds without saying the word "like". Grow up and get off tiktok.
This office shows absolutely NO urgency or care when calling to make a new patient appointment, so I will NEVER bring any of my family to this disgusting, RUDE office.

I come in for a physical and the lady at the front is on the phone and asked me to wait. So I sat. When she was done she asked if she can help told her I had an appointment she looked it up asked for my insurance and ID gave both to her and she gave me forms to fill out. Then she asked for a weird request...I need to take your picture for the file I was taken aback so I said cant you copy my DL or take the picture from there? which she did, there didn't seem to be a problem. I filled out the form which included questions about my WILL!! I returned the form and she asked me "so you said you were fasting right and I said 'what no we never even had that conversation' it seems she was having conversations in her head or with someone else. Then she asked are you fasting? I replied 'no I'm not'. Then she said 'oh you don't have to be so rude' and I'm like what the heck are you serious!! So i sat and then 15 minutes past and i see this man walk out passing out papers and said 'here read you all need to read' and he shoved one at me so I took it and realized it was the same thing he has pinned on the wall with bad spelling about if you are rude to staff and behavior is aggressive you will not be seen. So I placed it in chair next to me he then walks back to his office and SLAMS the door. OMG I have never seen a doctor do this... so unprofessional. I will definitely be making my insurance company aware of this man's seemingly hostile behavior. Mind you I have not been seen yet by the doctor so I am wondering how it will go when I do go in as I have been reading all these reviews...MORE TO COME

So my name is called and i go in and was shown to an office and the lady said you may sit and the doctor will be with you shortly. That too was strange because usually you speak to the physician assistant before the doctor. I am sitting there for about 20 minutes he eventually walks in, face all stern looking and asked, 'so what happened earlier'. What happened with whom? 'the lady in the front" he said. I said 'why' he said 'you were rude and i don't see patients who are aggressive because in America patients think they are entitled to be seen and they come in rude and hostile'. SO i replied excuse me may I speak, you walk in here accusing and chastising me of being rude to your employee whom i was never rude to in the first instance and I repeated what i said to her and what she said. Then he replied 'I don't know who to believe because both stories are different and he cant see a patient if he does not feel comfortable and the patient doesn't feel comfortable' and he kept going on and on about privileged and entitled Americans for over 25 MINUTES. I said i am fine if you cant see me I will go somewhere else because I have never been chastised by a doctor before as a very very very ill person just talking to the doctor was stressing me out. So I left and told him make sure he doesn't bill my insurance company he said he wont. I then called my insurance company and relayed what happened. I am currently taking steps to sort this out.
