Who is the rude person who everyone talking about her? Gateway phone number is not working. I had to call Chula Vista location. Could you please transfer me? She said NO! You have to call them. That’s a problem. THEIR NUMBER IS NOT WORKING! She said that I can tell their number. I have it! After I hold more than 20 minutes… Are you kidding us?

This place is the most lousy group I have ever been to. Most of the time, they won't pick up the phone to schedule an appointment nor will they call you back "within 24 hours" if at all. Dr. Mondragon is a decent PCP, but I have gone weeks waiting to get a referral in to a Urologist, however, a simple fax to get things going is all that is needed. In total its been 4 weeks to fix a simple problem waiting 1 week between getting an appointment to getting my results back multiple times.

There is absolutely no reason to have this level of miscommunication and neglect to one's patients and I am severely disappointed. Anna, Dr. Mondragon's Assistant, seems to be away half of the week and will never return your calls. They leave you questioning what you should do next and if someone will call you to give you necessary information. If you're someone who just needs to see a doctor once a year, this place might not be too bad, however, if you ever have problems do not go to this place at all costs.

This place NEVER answers the phone. The front office, the MA's you can NEVER get in contact with them. You have to leave voicemails and they dont get back to you until 48 hrs later. Thats also including to even make an appointment. WORST OFFICE EVER.

I'm not sure what the reviewer Angela M was referring to when she said the parking lot "is always semi bare". I have been coming here for my self and bringing my father to another doctor in the same building for the past 4 years. The parking lot is always crowded. The only time it is not is straight up 0800 or 1800 hours. As for the doctors in Gateway Medical Group, they are wonderful, kind and attentive. The MA's or LVN, not so much. The front end staff need a lesson in customer service also, at times very short and rude.....Thanks...Jay

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for 21 consecutive days.
Still have not even been able to SCHEDULE my appointment, let alone get treated.

I call and leave messages. It's like shouting into the void. No one ever responds....

.Staff is always very friendly and helpful. At least a day notice for appt. Dr. Tess Macasadia is my physician. Got my BP regulated for the first time in years. Pro active on all my health needs. Makes getting referrals a snap. PA. Michelle is super helpful. Great Facility. Great Doctors

This is the worst experience with a clinic. I have been trying to reach out the referral coordinator for almost two months and I always get the answer machine to tell me that the coordinator either away from her office or busy with another patient. I left a voice message for her every time I called her and there is no response till this moment.

I have been leaving messages for my doctor thru his assistant and 24 hours have lapsed and still never heard from them. Neither have they informed me on the results of my X-rays and unltrasound. Am very disappointed.
