Edit from my bad review: the owner reached out to me and explained the situation with the laboratory and my insurance. Now that this issue has been resolved, I can certify that this place went above and beyond. They were very professional and the office is very nice and clean. Will recommend in the future

I had a good experience until I received a denied claim from my insurance, saying the laboratory used by them is not covered and now I have a debt of over $1,200. I specifically asked if this was covered and they said yes. 100% disappointed
