Absolute WORST experience, DO NOT go here, wish I could give zero stars. They completely dismissed my symptoms and basically forced me out of the room. They never answer the phone and are impossible to get in touch with. Can't express my disappointment enough, avoid this place if you want any form of help.

Avoid GIS if you can. No one ever answers when you call nor does anyone ever call you back if you leave a message. Getting follow up appointments is impossible because the schedules never seem to be open. They offer to call and schedule once the schedules are open just to never follow through. It took 4 attempts (3 from the pharmacy and 1 from me) to get a refill on a medication. I'm currently on week 3 of waiting for a call from their scheduling department to get an appointment. If this place is the only facility your insurance covers, good luck!

I was referred to this practice from my primary after complaining about recurrent GI problems that lasted on-and-off for two years. The specialist was able to diagnose me with ulcerative colitis after a colonoscopy and put me on medication to treat it. My symptoms did not resolve. When I informed the doctor, he refused to take me seriously. He waived off my complaints and said they didn't make any sense. He refused to do any more testing. He prescribed me a medication that in his opinion "might" help. I did not get the prescription filled.

I wound up seeing a nutritionist, and after two visits and making some minor lifestyle changes, I was fine.
