I’ve been with this facility for years and never had any problems been there when dr. Romano was there. Dr Neustater is a very gentle and concern doctor. He explained everything to me when I had my procedure and I’m so thankful for halow that app has help me to communicate with dr Neustater when I have a relapse and he is able to call me and instruct me to what to do. Thank dr Neustater for your attentiveness and being there when I was scared to help me calm down I really appreciate you as my doctor. As far as the from desk I had no problem the nurses I can work with them

Before I share my review I would like to say that I had read some of the previous comments and I had a say I AGREED with them about the phone calls, medical assistance, and the office staff on their attitude that need to adjusted.
I was lucky enough to had Dr Brett N to preformed my Colonosopy twice in 9 years and I hope to see him again in 5 years time. Dr Brett N explained everything what he need to do before the operation and after the operation he explained everything on his findings and procedures. I am happy with Dr Brett N
