Tried to schedule for routine, preventive, colonoscopy in October 2024. Just received initial consultation last week. The reception staff in office is always different and rude. Phone calls never answered or calls returned. Always absent a person on staff to communicate instructions on procedure. So much wrong that I can't communicate here. Moral, still waiting on instructions for preventive procedure. God forbid you actually might be sick as your stage would have progressed to critical by now.

All staff are very friendly and professional. I especially appreciate the PA double checking the size of my polyp so she could ensure I needed to return for colonoscopy in one year rather than 2 years.

Dr. DiCarli is a good Dr., but his Dr. assistant is not reliable with prescriptions. As my pharmacy did not receive them ever (2 other times).

Good office personnel and doctor is excellent. Online pre-appointment was thorough however when I got to the office, none of the information copied to their local database, and therefore had to be repeated. Would’ve been five stars if not for that.
