Helping a sister find work clothes.
Garrett's has a Varied Selection of Medical Supplies and Healthcare Clothing. They had a SALE. But, Bealls is cheaper for Scrubs, IF you can Find them .

I bought a toilet seat chair but it didn't fit in my bathroom I return less than 24hrs the original.charge had not even posted yet .I was refunded almost 12.00 less the actual original cost the item still.wrapped in plastic.The store had closed so I got up early to return as soon as the store opened. a The company can turn around and resale for what I was charged.I asked about return policy but the lady never mentioned the restocking fee which can be.up to 40%.I will never buy from them.again.Its sad I still.have to buy a toilet chair but will.make sure the return policy is better. Guess I should stick with Amazon, money is tight a person can't afford to make a mistake when you deal with these small companies. But I do feel the Garrett employee should have stated about the restocking fee especially since I asked.

I purchased 3 uniforms. After I left I realized they only charged me for 2 of them. I went back to pay the additional $60.00 they forgot to charge me. When I got home I realized they gave me my 10% discount on the uniform I went back to pay for, but not on the other 2 uniforms. I went back to get my 10% discount ($10.00) and they wouldn't give it to me. I drove back to give them their $60.00 and they couldn't honor my $10 discount. I won't be back!

Fantastic service and products, ten stars! I phoned Garrett's last weeekend looking for a new walker (with wheels and seat) for a family member. We were interested in "trying out" a particular brand/model that was not in stock. They offered to order it, and when recieved, if we preferred another brand/model we would not need to purchase the one ordered. Well Shannon and starr were amazing. We ended up purchasing a more light-weight model that was also very sturdy, attractive, and easy to fold/unfold. We so appreciated their flexibility and willingness to adjust the "fit" of our purchase, to maximize safety and easeof use. We purchased many medical devices and supplies from Garretts several decades ago for another family member. When you or your family suddenly need a new device, they have the education and training to explain how to use them, "size" it for your loved one, and point out benefits/limitations of various models for your particular situation. I highly recommend this company! They not only offer a vast array of assistive devices, but also scrubs, and a very long list of medical supplies and tools at very reasonable prices. Love this place! I got so tired of hearing, “we don’t carry that size but we can order it for you”, from other places. I never had that problem at Garrett’s. They always have a HUGE inventory. I have been on a weight loss journey for a while and have gone from a 5X to a 2X. They always have numerous selections for me to try on. If you’re like me, and HAVE to try things on first (I’m tall AND big), go to them. The staff is also very helpful and courteous.

I ordered scrubs for my entire staff. The process was easy and the ladies in the store were friendly and very helpful. Some of the scrubs did not fit and the exchange process was as simple as could be. I also purchased some scrubs for myself off the clearance rack. I have used this store for other supplies for our office and the staff is very kind and always willing to do their best to accommodate!

My daughter is nurse and I really wanted to get her some scrubs for a her birthday. I decided to go to Garrets and after everything I had came to the realization that I made a very poor decision in doing so. I came into the store and my first thought was on how messy it was. I brushed it off and was just on a mission get some scrubs for my daughter. I got the scrubs and while purchasing I asked about the return policy, in case the scrubs didn’t fit. She had told me as long as I had my receipt and tags on it should be okay. There wasn’t a purpose of writing a review until I went back to return the scrubs that didn’t fit. I just wanted to change the size that fit my daughter, an exchange. They said they had to order it and that was not a big deal. But it was about the return. When returning I had all the tags on and the receipt. They did not take 1 out of 3 because of animal hair. I was shocked! I didn’t even see any animal hair, just one or two strains not even. I also want to note that I purchase these items and returned them in the span of 2 days. She was inspecting the scrubs and was very rude to me. On the return paper it states word for word, “soiled animal hair” on one scrub and “used” on the other. The only thing that my daughter did was try them on. I am very upset of how they treated me. It was absurd. Poor customer service. After this whole situation, someone had told me about Meg’s Medical Scrubs and how wonderful they are, and they were right. I wish I knew about them sooner so I didn’t have to waste money on Garrets. I will never go back and not recommend anyone to go there. If you really want to get good scrubs with great customer service go to Meg’s.
