I spoke to someone over the phone in regards to setting up an appointment for a young lady who is in need of assistance. She has just found out that she is pregnant but does not have insurance or a source of income. The person I spoke to was very helpful and provided great information.
Working for organizations that provide services to the community can be very difficult. I am very thankful for places like Garland County Health Department.

I have been going to this clinic for double digit years and I've never had 1 problem that's why I continue there very respectful and I appreciate it

The lady on the phone was very rude. I asked for my health records and would not give them to me and did not give me any options of how to attain them. While asking this question she took an attitude with me and acted like I was stupid. Overall if you can avoid them do not go to the health department they do not understand how to treat people with respect. There is no reason that she should've got an attitude when all I asked was a simple question and I was very polite about about when I asked my question. If I could I would not even give this place a star at all. I am very disappointed that we have people like this working in a place that is meant to be a resource to help us in the state.

My daughter went in a few weeks ago after 3 for a copy of her birth certificate, and was told they stop printing after 3. So she takes off work early today to go up there and is informed that today they stopped printing at noon and she’d have to come back. She leaves calls and is told come on and we’ll go ahead and get one printed for you, so she goes back and is told I’m sorry you were told wrong info but you’ll have to come back tomorrow!? Gas isn’t cheap and neither is time or money?! But you know what they didn’t care?!!? Worse service EVER! I called and spoke with the administrator and was given no more help from her than her incompetent employees!

Lazy employees that do not care about your time or needs. Every time I go for WIC, I wait at least 45 minutes to an hour- just for them to help me for FIVE minutes. Employees stand around talking and on their phones. Very unprofessional. I hate coming here with a passion. I wish we had two health departments or just close this one down.

Waiting for a covid19 test, been here since 9am it's now been an hour and a half and only one person has been tested this whole time. We're waiting in our cars. How can they be so unprofessional and slow doing this? You do know we have things to do and can't wait outside in our cars all day for a simple 5 minute test...

Ducking terrible. I have a special needs infant. She can only have formula. I have to bring in prescriptions to make sure all she receives formula since she is dependent on a g-tube and CANNOT SWALLOW!!! I had to move from pulaski county, where they always got her prescription correct, to the Garland County office. In which, is the absolute worst I've been to. I will be filing to have this fixed. I will not stand for unprofessional and lazy!

I set for over 3hrs before I even got called back to an appointment I made over 2months ago because they couldn't get me or my husband in any sooner... This is so unprofessional and poor service.. You should prepare yourselves better than that... I will not be returning and will find me a personal Dr...the sad thing is I am not from here I just moved here from out of state... Way to set an example...
