Absolutely the worst medical equipment company. Carl and Jocelyn are a nightmare to work with. They are rude, condescending and ready to blame the customer when there is an important medical equipment issue and I just need help for the safety of my child. Very sad this company is allowed to treat people, who are going through such serious health issues, this way . Orlando is always very kind and helpful…the only reason to stay with the company. Even the office girls are snippy and rude when you have a simple question.

The on call person that I spoke with was condescending and uncaring. Instead of trying to work out a solution, she was fixated on why she couldn’t help the baby. “Just take her to the hospital” she said. Great advice to give for a sick baby to go to a hospital during a pandemic.. Especially since they had the equipment that was needed.

Had to call for a client and was passed to 3 people without being told I was being transferred. All 3 people that I talked to was rude and they need to know that there is a communication course they all should take to effectively communicate with the public! Its a pandemic and we all have problems but they should check theirs before they go clock in and deal with people!
