Everybody should get the opportunity to be genuinely cared for the way that everyone at Gaia cares for their patients. Everyone in the office is personable and genuine, they remember you from the first time they meet you and always take the time during your appointment to make sure that not only baby but YOU are okay. Dr Mateer is beyond professional while still making you feel like you are taking to a real person. She dedicates her life to her patients in an awe inspiring way, so glad that I had her for the delivery of my son. Elizabeth and Hope are amazing as well, thank you to everyone!

The staff is wonderful and so kind. I’m very picky with my care because of my history as a previous cancer patient and SA. When I say I’ve never in my life had medical staff be so kind, patient and understanding to my special circumstances I really do mean never. My boundaries were respected and I was told about every step before it was done during my pap by Elizabeth. I cried in my car afterwards because that’s how shocked I was at the level of kindness and care I received during my 1st visit. From check in to the moment I checked out my experience has always been wonderful. I highly recommend!

This is hands down the best medical experience I’ve ever had. Gynecology appts can be invasive and uncomfortable, but Cristina Garcia was such a phenomenal provider, I felt totally at ease. She listens, validates, educates, and walks you through each step thoroughly. The care I received was the absolute best. Additionally, the office was clean and the staff extremely kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I have used Dr. mateer and her office for my last two pregnancies. As well as just general care. They are wonderful! Both of my pregnancies I have always been listened to by both Dr. Mateer and the other women there. I see Elizabeth often. She and everyone else there are also wonderful. My birthing experience for both kids was fantastic. I ended up having a C-section with both children. I never had any issues, and everything was explained to me in detail. Dr. Mateer has always been there if I had questions or concerns. She and her staff truly care and listen. I cannot recommend this office enough!

Dr. Mateer is awesome! She always takes the time to talk to me and listen to me. She never tells me what is going to happen, she lets me choose what I want to happen and then we work together to make it happen. She is amazing and I am so grateful for her!

I'm disturbed by several of these reviews. There are a lot of politics involved in medicine and hospital systems. I've been seeing Dr. Mateer since 2018 when I got pregnant with my first son, 2020 when I miscarried and then again for my second son. She spends more time with her patients and genuinely cares. As a nurse this is a HUGE deal. I'm patient enough to wait for appointments. If you like conveyor belt doctor offices then go for it. I can assure you they're not as caring or holistic. I saw a few different gyns in the past and work with physicians on a daily basis. Her office is a hidden gem that she worked hard for. Also pregnancy plans are important but life happens. Not everything goes as planned. I would highly recommend this office for my care and for my family. It takes a bit for businesses to get up and running. Instead of leaving horrible reviews self reflect. Not everything is perfect.

I had my first daughter six months ago and received the best care!! Erin Mateer, along with all of her staff are wonderful! They are attentive and made me feel comfortable. They were patient with me when I asked a hundred questions and made sure to do what they could to help me understand what was happening with my body and my baby girl. I also received care in the hospital from some of the same girls I saw at the office so that made it even more comfortable for me. I got to deliver my baby with little worries and great support! Absolutely recommend!!
